As a unit, I like it a lot. As a go pro, it does as advertised as well as any new go pro. As a 360 cam it does good but the app where you edit the video is kind of unintuitive with 360 recordings. It can be looked over at the price of the insta360, but if you have the money I would just go with the X5.

I love the versatility of this GoPro. I use the 360 modes for work and also to capture videos in the field and on the water.

Love my GoPro Hero 12, added the Max 360 to the lineup. Cameras are easy to use and the GoPro Quick app makes storage and video editing a breeze!

I personally like this camera. I have never had a 360, but this seems like its doing a good job, clear picture. Im still learning functions on it..

Great camera and I've been waiting a while for the Max 360v2. It just came out a month or so ago for 2025. Love the new object tracking and I haven't even gone through all the features, but the image stabilization is second to none. I will use this mostly for spirited driving in a European sports car. Best Buy shipped asap and I had it the next day! Couldn't believe they marked it down $50 for open box, and it really was in excellent condition - not a mark on it. Heck of a deal so I jumped on it!

Great image quality for day and night the only real issues i have with this is the battery running out so soon when you use both front and rear cameras.

Only had it for a week but it works really good. Little bit of a learning curve though for me. Would recommend it. Been wanting one for a while from when the fusion was still out and finally got a 360 camera.

Great camera for the price. However, I’d love a redesign with a larger screen. It can be hard to navigate on the small screen.
