Good quality, just make sure you need it

The only worthwhile options are the added functionality of the ports. But keep in mind the “hdmi” input is a micro HDMI, not a regular one. The 3.5mm adapter is nice to have when using another audio device to record. But overall for the price I’d pass on it.

Unreliable

The negative is that it looks like the power connector, either on the outside of the case or the part that plugs into the camera does not seat properly. Power is unreliable in the camera will shut down at random times and I lose a lot of footage.

Overheating issues

Bulky, Mic Improvement is Meh…
