    Gives you some options with the GoPro with various connections. GoPro no longer waterproof with the Mod. Mic is OK, most people connect and external mic. All depends upon your needs.

    So far so good. Love the dual cold shoes, compact size, connectors, and mic. Added customizable settings for connected mic is perfect. Do not like that I have to remove the entire mount to change the battery. It is not an easy or quick process.

    This product transformed my GoPro from a very good action camera to an outstanding little production camera. Amazing, and the addition port for an external microphone does amazing things for the quality of the audio.

    Sad that they took away the hdmi out on these newer gopro's, but this multi function add on has been extremely useful. The external add on mics are good but not great, but now having all media ports and cold shoe adapter makes this a must for video production.

    Audio is much better than built in speakers. Attachment points for lights are well thought out and in the right places. Easy to install and charge battery without removing. Would buy again.
