    Best Buy didn’t have any new packages even though I ordered a new one, needless to say they told me it was 100% in perfect condition, well it was missing the back piece needed for underwater, so my exuma keys footage was ruined. Extremely disappointed as I opened it all up while I was on my trip not realizing there was a missing piece. 2 of my family members have this model as well, and they preferred without the case, so not needed unless you are going in deep waters or for protection as the case does make using the GoPro harder

    Definitely an over priced item for your GoPro. It does keep it clean and dry.

    Great product! Love the skeleton door for a little bit of added audio clarity, but you could still hear it decently with the full case! nothing that a little bit up video editing can't help clear up the audio I believe.
