Good job GoPro! I always buy on brand with GoPro to ensure camera fit for better picture quality

This is a very high quality design. You cannot go wrong with this. Just remember that the camera puts off heat and this housing will keep it. Use the open back when not submerging and this will help very much.

The Toughest Shell

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just went to the coast of alabama for vacation not too long ago tested this thing in some of the roughest waters even directly submerging it and it held up to the toughest conditions even being thrown down two flights of stairs by my younger cousin avett not a scratch on it don't know if it was a fluke or something but worth the buy!

My camera was pushed off a window ledge by our cat and it hit the concrete, and the camera and case were still in great condition. The skeleton back makes it a lot easier to use for time-lapse and other things as long as you're not going to submerge it underwater. If you're going to submerge then use the full enclosure. Overall the case is great and I'm super happy with my purchase.

It Even Lets Sound Through

Even in the case, I still get good audio - I was quite surprised. Only knock is it is a little hard to open, almost feels like you are breaking it. But I guess that is a small price to pay, knowing you have a good seal if you were to use this in water.
