Perfect for the Hero 8 Black. Other third-party batteries, as well as batteries from older GoPro models, cause an error message to appear. With this spare battery, no more error message.

This battery is a must with a GO PRO. I dont personally think they last very long. However, at the price they sell for it's definitely worth it. My DSLR batteries are far more expensive. Great buy.

I bought this to have an extra battery for my GoPro hero 7 black. It charged and worked as expected with my camera. It lasted as long as a typical GoPro battery, which is why I needed an extra one.

Great price. Much more dependable than 3rd party batteries. 3rd party batteries sometimes won't work in your GoPro camera. So, the price is good and worth it to have the dependability.

A bit pricey but needed if you are doing a lot of camera work. The batteries don’t last long especially if your shooting on the higher resolution settings so it’s nice to have a backup.

GoPro batteries are not long playing so owning a few extra is an excellent way of not missing the action. I personally own four batteries and always keep them fully charged and available,

Needed new batteries after my initial set of HERO7 batteries were starting to swell up after constant use. No problems with these batteries as they were a direct replacement.

These are the official battery. They work great. Coming from a Hero4 I can say the pull tabs on the battery are far better. Isn’t much else to say really.

I purchase this extra battery for backup and I was not disappointed it old the charge pretty much has the original that came with the camera I definitely recommend

A small little battery. A warning to others don't pull/tear off the plastic tag. This is might to help you to pull the battery out of the camera to be recharged.

Pros: Label box has you inform that it's compatible to pro 5. Bought it twice to reassure of myself, outcome return both. Not recommended this if you have the 5 or under of the pros. Cons: Not compatible to the gopro 5.

The fact that this fits the Hero 7 Is a god send. I have quite a few due to having a hero 8 so it's a feels good man vibe that it can go back a generation.

I take my go pro with me every where I go. Unfortunately the battery it came with no longer held a charge. Saw this and bought it> Now I'm good again.

Purchased as a back up because the Go Pro goes through the battery pretty quickly and I need one for vacation. Works well and its very inexpensive.

I bought a new GoPro battery at another BestBuy, and it was apparently “bad”. This BestBuy (Bradenton) exchanged it without question - and very courteously.

Ive bought many of these batteries for my gopro. I recommend getting many if you plan to do a bunch of recording throughout the day and dont have access to power.

The gopro battery lost its power in a short period, be ready to spend money in batteries because they inflate and can't fit in the battery slot anymore
