As any GoPro user can tell you, you can never have too many charged batteries. We purchased the GoPro for a dive trip to the Carribean. A battery lasts about one tank worth of diving and most dive boats don't chargers or time to charge between dives. It was quick to rinse the salt off, swap batteries and hit the water again. I saw a lot of off brand batteries for the same price with the same capacity, but I figure you can't go wrong with name brands, especially since batteries are all smart systems nowadays. After a few charges, the capacity seemed to get better.

The batteries work well. They are easy to recharge and extremely light. They are also durable as we have dropped several at different points. Only complaint is that they don't last as long as we would hope. This should improve as technology advances.

Get the most from your GoPro with spare batteries.. can't leave home without it.

Go Pro battery, it does what it is supposed to, power up your Go Pro I purchased 3 of these because they last about 1-2 hours. If I had not purchased 3 I would not have been able to record the extraneous training I did to learn the rasen-shuriken.

Worked great for an extra battery for my GoPro while in Europe

I used this as a spare battery when I took my GoPro camera to the shotgun range. It was cold outside, and the temperature seemed to sap the battery strength from my first battery, so it was good that I had a spare charged up and ready to go.

Do you need to buy extra batteries for you HERO4? Yes, yes, unequivocally YES. The HERO4 leaches energy like none other (and understandably so). Remember to buy extra batteries, and, if you are up for it, the Battery Backpack for your GoPro

If you plan on using the video feature of your GoPro, make sure to buy an extra battery. The life on one battery isn't more than a few hours long and rather than charging it every time, it's just more convenient to have an extra battery.

Battery life depends mostly on how you use it. The higher the resolution and the longer the gopro is on then you use up the battery faster. Overall not bad performance. It can last me hAlf day taking photos and short videos.

If you have a GoPro Hero4 silver, you need a extra battery.

This is great to take on vacation, so you don't have to worry about running out of batteries. And it charges very fast.

This is a must have if you plan to do any serious recording with your GoPro. I purchased three extra batteries and keep them charged at all times. Nothing worse than killing a battery right before the best shot of the day.
