If you own this camera and extra battery is a must have. You can't afford to have a dead battery when you are in some amazing remote location! It is worth every penny.

Buy the dual battery charger instead- comes with spare battery. I guess I now have three !

I bought my wife a Hero4 silver on Black Friday. The camera is great. She attached it right behind the presents at Christmas and video of the grandbaby from the viewpoint of the present being opened is priceless. It does take longer than expected to charge fully using either the camera to PC via USB or the dual charger we bought later.

I bought this for my GoPro and found that this is not fit for my GoPro 7 and returned. There is a deal going on in bestbuy for hero4 battery

For the GoPro you will need an additional battery. You do not want to run your battery down when your on a trip & not have a back up. Great pricing from Best Buy.

Seems like battery doesn't last long. Its not the battery fault but wished it lasted longer.

This battery is different from prior gopros. This spare battery gets around an hour of life.

So far no problems but that is what you expect with a stock battery. The off brands don't seem to work as consistently even though they sometimes offer more life.

You need to have an extra battery if you are going out there just for convenience sake. I would recommend have an extra on hand no matter where I was going...

Exactly the same as the battery I received with my go pro. There are no complaints with this product I only wish it came with a case to hold the extra battery.

gopro battery's don't last very long so having a bunch of them for a decent price is key

I would recommend this battery over an aftermarket battery just because that is what is recommended by the manufacturer. It's a nice camera, don't screw it up by filling it with the cheapest junk you can find... Caution: This also applies to life in general. :)

Great battery always good to have a spare. Husband couldnt be more happy with it.

Can never have too many of these, although I wish they held a charge a little longer.

They don't last as long as I'd expect with a $500 camera but they get the job done

Not much to say other than its a battery for the Hero 5 Black and it works. The battery seems to be better than the older ones for older models.

First one did not hold enough memory. I guess I will purchase anothe one later

Aftermarket batteries seem to have longer life. This one seems to drain before use.
