I got the extra battery because one battery is limited on 4K. The extra battery gives me at least an additional hour of recording time when I need it.

This is the accesory that you shall byt first, since the action cams are very sophisticated they also demand a lot of Energy, you need to be prepared

I saw several aftermarket batteries for my GoPro, but stuck with the OEM to ensure that there are no issues charging and powering device. Good stuff.

Must have an extra batter if you have a gopro. I do just charge with the camera itself but probably having a dedicated plug outlet would be good.

Good replacement battery. Original Battery that came with the GoPro went bad (could not hold a charge). So far so good on this one, no issues.

I use the video mode whenever I do outdoor activities so I always need to have an extra battery, because 2hours of battery life isn't enough.

always get a battery backup..you never know when moments occur..i had a battery die on me when I traveled and was saddend

Replacement battery and OEM so it works just like why came with the camera and a couple spares are great for not missing anything.

It does what it's supposed to. I could have bought aftermarket ones for half the price but I get peace of mind knowing it's original.

I believe this is a required extra. Having two batteries instead of one will save you the hassle of having a battery die while filming.

An extra battery is always good to have especially since they drain so quickly when you're taking videos. Maybe a third is needed!

You can never have too many batteries!!! I bought it because my camera is defective, turns the wi-fi on, and drains the battery...

Go pro is a great camera/video record.. great for active people or just all around camera.. Takes great wide angle photos and records nice too.. Only negative is all the separate things you have to buy, and no flash

no matter what you don't want to miss out on a great photo opportunity because your battery runs out. Great to have an extra.

You pay a little more for a go pro brand battery, but GoPro make solid products and you can never go wrong with their gear
