great item it seems to be a hit with the boys on bike

You can install it in any kind of bar, but be careful don't over thigh it.

I enjoy being able to film my bike rides from my handlebar, but don't like the fact that the bottom clamp piece is plastic. It would be better if it were aluminum or similar material as the top clamp piece and came with rubber strips to help with grip on the bar. Hard to tighten camera mount enough to prevent the camera from occasionally moving or rotating in rough terrain.

This item worked very well on the highway roll bar for my roadtrip across the US. It does flex a bit so when you tighten it down, make sure to not over tighten the screws. All in all great piece for an amazing shot option with your gopro

This does precisely what you think it does, and it does it well. My only concern is durability, and I won't be able to answer this until after I crash (probably multiple times). Since I try not to crash, I may never answer this. But, it doesn't seem to be build ruggedly, like with carbon-fiber components. So, I can only give it 4.

Get way to mount your gopro everywhere. They work really great.

This came with my Hero purchase. Very nice addition.

So far so good. Used to mount GoPro3 to a telescopic pole. Plastic is not a tough as I would like it to be for the price though and feels like it will crack over time, especially went cranking down on the plastic nuts. But I'd rather that crack then lose my camera BC its too loose. Overall its good for now, just wish it was denser plastic.

purchased this to fasten my GoPro to my handlebars - primarily to record fast runs down mountain roads in CO. The first time I used it, I noticed that it was slipping a bit, and tightening it while going 45MPH on my bike isn't super easy. So next time around, a firmer grip on the knobs to make sure it is rock solid, and all should be fine

Its a sturdy product. however i found it difficult to get the camera positioned the way i wanted it. i now have to shoot video upside down and then rotate it in the go-pro software. its not the end of the world but if you use a screen with it, then it becomes a deal breaker.

Put it on my paintball markers barrel and is convenient.
