It's must have for GoPro hero8, since it's lens edge is not protected like in hero7. It is little on expensive side compare to other non-branded protector, but it's GoPro with higher quality. Easy to install in less than 2 mins.

You absolutely need this to protect your new hero 9 black! If you’re going to spend $400+ on a camera, ya better protect it! They are super easy to use as well!

I bought these covers for my GoPro Hero 8 cameras (I have two of them) and I feel a little better than I did before. I've not had to "use them"; that is, I've not dropped the camera or hit the lens with anything, but I think that they'll save me some grief if I do. Putting them on was very easy and it took less than a minute or so. The only downside is that I've noticed a slight delay in the response of the back touchscreen. I sometimes have to "swipe up" two or three times to get to a menu rather than the customary one swipe. For the extra piece of mind, it's worth it though.

It was easy to install them. Since there are two sets, they will last very long. No. More worry on scratches or breakages of the lens and screen. Worth to have it.

It works great. Lasted about a year. I’m hard on cameras and it survived me so I would say it’s a good product.

If you buy the Gopro Hero 8, I totally recommend this. The reason being that the Lens is fused with the Gopro and no longer changeable if it breaks. Signing up for Gopro Protection is worth it but if you don’t have the extra $49.00, investing in one of these will pay off in protecting your Lens from breaking. I am terrible at installing screen protection on phones, watches but in this one it was so easy to install. Def. recommend!

These are life savers! I use my GoPro to film action sports and family fun and these hold up very well and offer phenomenal protection. My kids beat up my GoPros and these will crack but the screens stay in great shape and for the price they’re easy to replace if that happens.

As long as you take your time applying it uou should see no visual difference.

They are very convenient and offer extra protection against scratches if you're not using protective case. Doesn't come with instructions pretty easy to set up just was confusing at first on which side cover would sit. Only complaint I have is the rear cover doesn't actually cover full area just the screen portion not edge of glass
