This is a great addition to your dive kit. However, I initially bought a Hero 7 Silver and it did not work with this. (Annoying and made a complaint to GoPro) Upgraded the GoPro and the SuperSuit helps keep it protected while underwater.

While the Hero 5 and 6 are great by themselves having this housing has been an added level of security when mounting it to moving cars and equipment. Definitely recommend having if you want to go diving or use your Hero 5/6 mounted on the outside of a vehicle.

Used the GoPro under water enclosed in the housing. It was so amazing to take pictures and videos underwater. Was hesitant in getting it but I’m glad I did get it. It’s worth it! Highly recommend to get this accessory.

This unit works great at keeping your GoPro dry. Grandkids really enjoy using this in the pool over the summer. Have not attempted to use it in the ocean yet so not sure how it is in that situation.

Awesome accessory for my Hero 7 Black. Great to take on the side just in case I need it. Why even risk actually getting the GoPro wet? We know it’s waterproof, but this case just adds that security layer that gives peace of mind.

Although the GoPro is water-proof, remember that an additional case will provide greater protection that can be removed whenever you don’t need it. This will create a bulkier foot-print that will survive anything.

I took this on a dive trip to Cozumel. I reached depths of 95 feet. The SuperSuit was intuitive to install, easy to remove, and kept the camera dry while underwater - that's what you expect out of a product like this.

The real test is from those that use it for diving — I don't. My use will be for baseball (rain, dust, possible contact). Too cold to have tried this out — but I’ve heard of those who do. Design, fit and quality seem great.

We bought this dive housing to better protect our GoPro when we go on our watersport adventures and can't be happier with it. The ease of mind this brings knowing that our GoPro is now more protected is well worth the price!

Very easy to use this underwater housing with the GP Hero 5. Would like to see a bit more detailed instructions about use, but overall the housing is well-designed and did not flood or leak during our recent scuba diving vacation.

although the 6 is good for a normal dive, you can't risk a $400 camera because you're sure you are staying shallow. Un-cased 5 might be fine for snorkelers but no PADI diver is going to stay above 10m all the time. So buy it and be done!!

This housing used to come with the older GoPro models. I gave it three stars because now GoPro sticks you for an additional $50 if you want to dive with your new action camera. I have used it to a max depth of 185 feet and it kept my camera dry. Works as advertised.
