I had an older model GoPro and dive housing. This model does seem to be a step up in quality. It is slightly harder to open and close but I assume that means it provides a better seal. I have had good results with it thus far.

Protects your very expensive camera very well. Easy to install

This was a gift for a family member....It was a hard to find item for an older model Go Pro. The box was a little beat up but we were very happy to get this specific item!

This case appears to be built strong and the latch is much better than the previous dive housing. I have yet to use this while diving but have no doubt that it'll perform as expected.

Keeps go pro dry and takes great video through the housing.

I purchased this before I went to Hawaii to protect my camera and use with go pro mounts since I lost my housing that came with the camera. It worked fine, but you do have to pop the lense off of the GoPro breeder using. This makes it a little inconvenient go switch from using the camera without the housing to going to the housing.

The case is very strong and durable. The seal is great, haven't had any leaks yet and case open nice and easily. No fogging issues while underwater for long periods.

I was impressed with the quality. I took it scuba diving and clarity was amazing. The instructions don’t tell you that you have to remove the lens of the camera before using this case.

Good. Works well. No problems at all. Good idea to have it so you can put the red filter on for underwater. Makes the blue bluer.

Great accessory for peace of mind, even if you are not diving. Only short coming is that you can’t use the different settings without opening the case.

The absolute best diving protection for your hero 5! If you are going to use this camera underwater, it's cheap insurance! Definitely a great value for your buck! You know you want it...then get it!

Maybe the greatest purchase of my life. Ehh maybe not, that deluxe back scratcher is pretty nice. Maybe the second greatest purchase of my life.

Literally the highest quality one you can buy. Not the cheapest one you can buy but this one can sure take a beating when compared to the cheaper quality plastic ones.

We travel down a lot of dirt roads in the summer and this just keeps the camera free from all the dust and also prevents any scratches. The GoPro is not a cheap camera so I say protect it so it last!

Go Pro is always durable and well made I just would like to see a little better pricing on the individual items needed at times. Especially items that could need replaced at times.

Don't fall for the cheaper models on Amazon. GoPro is superior quality and stands by their parts. Never had an issue with this case. So far so good. Can't say the same for the knock-offs.

Needed to j crews depth capabilities of the hero 5. Does the job down to 70feet so far. A little disappointing that this has to be an extra accessory considering previous models included it.

I am not a diver nor do I take the camera into the water often. What I love about this is that it gives my camera the extra protection that it needs. Perfect must have for your GoPro.

I took this bad boy up to the mountains to snowboard, to Hawaii for snorkeling and it still stands strong. Very happy with this product!
