Used this for a snorkeling trip in the Key West. Product works exaclt as listed, My GoPro floated with the Battery Extension. It was very convenient to have a stap with adjustable fastener. This allowed me to move my hands freely without having to worry about loosing my GoPro.

This handle works great because it helps control the small camera body of the GoPro. have not done a water test.

Used on a recent vacation to the beach. Great to use underwater and cool to hear the sounds

I used it when we went to St. Thomas. was worried that it would not float the camera but it worked just fine.

I originally thought I would only use this mount if I was in/around water due to the fact that it floats, but I actually found that it works really well for selfies. With such a wide lens, you don't need the go pro super far from you to take pictures or videos of yourself.

I recently used this handle on a snorkeling trip in Jamaica. It floats the camera well, including with the waterproof housing and battery backpack or LCD screen. I also ended up using the handle when I was not in the water. It is a comfortable way to hold the camera.

I was able to use this GoPro accessory when I went scuba diving. It's also great to use on land and really allows for a smooth steady video. I recommend buying this as one of those must have accessories. In addition, it floats in water and has a wrist strap.

Even though I got this "free" as part of my GoPro silver kit, this official GoPro handle accessory is a perfect size if you don't want to hold the camera in your hand (and obscuring the LCD). Only negative is the relatively short handle (if you're short, you'd want something longer) and that there is no quick connect option. You have to totally unscrew the captive screw to remove your camera from the handle if you want to change accessories.

It a good tool for selfie or selfie videos and blogs, though it is mainly for waterworks, however it is not as durable and will break easily.

This product was just as I ancipated. Hasn't exceeded expectations by a lot yet but it's not bad.

Does as it says, and floats well. The mount can a bit tricky to use, but it is always secure

So far this works as it should - floats! I feel safe using this with my GoPro.

Some reviews talked about issues with it actually floating, so I put the wrist strap on and carefully handed it off to not test the waters on whether or not this is actually an issue. I used it snorkeling and it did exactly what I wanted it to do.

There are a ton of similar items to choose from but nothing like this. The quality, the lanyard, the logo, everything comes toguether to make it the perfect stick. I am fan of the GoPro line, a bit expensive but you do get your moneys worth.
