    The remote for the GoPro gives one the ability to change camera functions and start/stop from a good distance. I use it for the Hero4 on friends who play amateur hockey. I bought this as a second remote for a second GoPro. Though the remote can handle numerous GoPros at the same time they all must be started/stopped at the same time.

    Overall the product is great! Works on command and is water proof. The only thing I didn't like was that it sometimes would lose the connection and took some time to reconnect to the camera.
