The GoPro remote makes life easier when trying to capture that perfect shot. With the added accessories, once it’s been synced, the remote allowed me to start recording without having to do that awkward search for the camera and push of the button.

The GoPro Smart Remote has eliminated unnecessary effort to get things running smoothly. The convenience of wearing the remote on your wrist is worth the cost. I use the remote while hunting and it reduces the chances of scaring away wildlife while trying to turn on the GoPro. Awesome product.

This is a must have for when you don't want to use the gopro app. It comes in handy when you go close to water.

I have found the remote to work much better than using the app. The app (depending on your phone) can get hung up with syncing. The remote is a much better option. However, the screen is hard to read because of such a small window. Make sure you get situated prior to your event :)

I like this Gopro smart remote because it can setup my Gopro in a place that would be hard to access while it's mounted and I can record and pause without having to just let it run and then edit out all of the boring stuff.

Got this for my 14 year old grandson. He loves it and makes all kinds of fun videos with it. Highly recommend.

Its a GoPro. You either need one or dont. You kind of know what you are getting before you even own it. Works fine, app still is horrible, but for what I need it for it gets the job done with decent quality video.

This is really useful. Before this I used the mobile app but I find the remote way more useful. I use it a lot to take selfies or just a group pic without having to left anyone out

I have used this camera for everything from snorkeling to roller coaster rides at Disney World and love it

i found this add on to be a very handy extra to own. I would reccomend this accesorry to anyone owning a go pro

Good remote but it's expensive as an accessory, so i will not recommend

I use this to activate 4 GoPros at once. We do a lot of vehicle and motorcycle footage and it's great to use a single remote to control the capture/recording of all four cameras. The app is great as well, but this remote works best if you'd rather just have the controls on your wrist.

Very fun new toy. I think we will get use out of the go pro-just need to find the right time/place to use

Perfect little remote. I love it. The only downside is that the display is small and hard to read.

I can see where this would be very handy, but once I learned the ease of use in controlling the camera with the iPhone app I determined it was not necessary for me to have in my application… I returned it to the store, but would certainly repurchase should the need arise.

Just love the fact that I don't need to worry about fumbling around to stop/start video with gloves on and the range with which I can control the camera. Haven't tried multiple control (yet) but that fact that it can do it is awesome!

I like the remote for the go pro camera it give versatility to it by letting you turn it on remotely also
