This product really deserves less than 1 star but I can't go lower But i must say that when it works it works great and really is useful. Much more convenient than having to go into the camera phone app to control it that way. I took this on a month long road trip where i was shooting in a variety of settings and for long periods at a time. When it worked it really came in handy. But....... Unfortunately it didn't work very often, it lost it's connection constantly and once it loses the connection you have to reset it and more often than not, it wont reset until the battery completely drains and you fully recharge it. Plus it doesn't hold a charge for as long as it should and you have to leave the GoPro wifi on which kills the cameras battery fast! So even though i bought this so i wouldn't have to constantly go into my phone to use the camera app, i still ended up having to because the remote would lose connection, stop working entirely and freeze up, or the battery would just die after a short time. This is definitely not worth 80 bucks and at that price i cannot recommend buying one.

Nice use GoPro camera also like dash cam installed on the back side and use main remote to control when to start on and off also when I go fishing I know is on don’t have to take camera off and check if is on or off

Makes trips worth while knowing I can look back at videos and not miss anything

Product has worked well and had no performance issues. Would recommend to everyone.

The remote is excellent to have for taking pictures or videos at a long distance.

This remote is amazing, works very good and is like having the camera in your hands, you really can control 100% the camera. The only downside in my opinion is the size of the screen and the lack of a backlight because under some conditions is really hard to read the screen

Nice camera. Wanted a built in viewfinder, and this provides that. No complaints here.

Great device but the battery life needs improvement at the same time there’s a lot going on so kinda expected the device battery to not be able to hold up. If your keep in off and only turn it on when you really need it to be recording. We using it in Costa Rica on the zip lines the batter lasted for just that event to start to finish. Well mostly we had to switch it to manual mode and cut the remote out and change a bunch of settings to save power. Did have enough juice to record any animals at the end but the IPhones had us covered there.

Very good video camera,very easy to setup and use. The video quality is outstanding. The batteries last for a long time so you only need a couple of batteries for all day out recording or taking pictures. The pictures are great quality too .
