used it to hold anfd line up the GoPro on the car and get the correct angle for filming, very sturdy and and the quick release works really well

Worked great attaching my GoPro to telescoping pole. Held tight, never worried about it coming loose. Quick release feature is nice so you don't have to unscrew your camera every time to use it in a different capacity. Need to have your own mounting screw, as it doesn't come with one.

Will attach your go pro to just about and mounting device that requires a screw type mount.

It's a tripod mount. If you have a tripod, this will mount the GoPro. Pretty self explanatory.

I just think that even if you have all the extra mounts and screws for the gopro, they will never be enough.. These tripod mount works great and will make your life much easier because it cames with that universal size connection that will fit most of the equipments out there.

I ended up using this to create an adapter to mount my sony action cam using gopro mounts.
