This is a great starter scooter! I got 2 one for my 14 yr old and the other for my husband and it’s been a blast! Going up hill it only goes 12.5 mph but down hill and regular riding it goes the full 15mph and that’s fast enough for us!

I bought this gotrax through Amazon while using my AfterPay app purchasing... For those who have not done this, it's an installment plan credit payment situation... they gave me an order number through afterpay for my various payments.. Upon receiving my gotrax, I IMMEDIATELY noticed that the scooter did NOT perform as advertised. It stated it went 15 mph, it never cleared 5. People on regular bicycles were passing me on a straightaway while riding on the sidewalk. It stated the battery life would last hours for up to 12 to 15 miles. My battery almost died after 3 miles. Going on a incline of ANY kind also drains the battery very fast. Finally, the tire Randomly went flat, even though I'm only 135 pounds and only rode on sidewalks with no rough terrain in my area... I reached out to Gotrax for assistance. They would NOT answer the number they provided. And only would reply by email, automated responses as first repeating themselves, and then finally a response stating they weren't required to help me fix the tire.... that's it. The tire. Did NOT respond to anything I sent about how the gotrax didn't perform as advertised and how I would like to have it checked out. Didn't even mention it. After 6 emails back and forth, nothing... ALSO, it's worth noting that they want an Amazon order number, and refused to acknowledge the AfterPay order number that I w as given, even though I ordered through Afterpay..... $485 WASTED!!!! IVE ONLY HAD THIS GOTRAX ONE MONTH. LITERALLY..... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND IF THEY CAN

So far, so good. Hubby rides it back and forth to work daily. It has been 3 months now on city streets with no issues. He says he gets good speed on it and is comfortable maneuvering in and out of traffic.

Pretty amazing on the road. Honestly a good purchase

The only problem we had was that the battery would not hold a charge. But Best buy was really good at fixing the problem

Love how smooth the tires are over cracks and bumps doesn’t feel like I’m going to fly out like other solid tire scooters.

This scooter goes pretty fast for how small it is! I will say that my hook fell off pretty quickly but other than that, it’s pretty good!!

Very fun! Kids love them. Speed is perfect, fast enough but not out of control. Brakes work very well and the set up was easy.
