This is a very nice scooter for an adult to travel around the neighborhood or maybe up to a bus stop or train station for a commute. The scooter comes in 2 pieces which you do need to unscrew a piece in order for the handle bars to be put on the base. Other than that, putting it together was a breeze and took less than 5 minutes. Charging seemed to be pretty quick, but since I just plugged it in and went to do other things, I’m not sure exactly how long the initial charge took. After that, I was up and running. The bike works great and just as expected. In fact I think the motor in this is actually stronger than a some other similar electric scooters. I have one that is rated around the same but with a in actual usage it actually goes about a 1 mph faster. I’m at the top range of the acceptable weight so neither gets to its rated top speed because I’m too heavy, however this one both goes a bit faster and gets there quicker too. Battery life seems about right, but again I’m at the top end of the weight range so it works a bit harder with me and the battery doesn’t last as long as advertised. It does come with a headlight, which I tried out and worked ok, but really isn’t bright enough for me to feel comfortable using the scooter in a completely dark area, but is fine for a place with streetlamps and just looking for a little extra light shining exactly where I’m going. Overall, I’m very happy with this scooter.

Got this on sale and did not dissapoint. I have more expensive ones but my youngest kid doesnt like to go so fast, and this one is perfect for her.

The Scooter is amazing. It runs well no issues. I ordered it online and picked it up in store.

Wheel got caught on rock wich caused the wheel to turn then i fell forawrd landing on my face. I woudltn recommend a scotter with no tire friction.

I put it in the charger at 50% for 4 hours and on my very next use it was still at 50% and went down to 10% within a few minutes Box says 15 miles range but this scooter feels like it can only do 3 miles Very disappointed

Terrible company. Reps with yes you to death, do nothing, never fix the problem. Their shipping is unbelievably bad, do not order from company. You will no doubt be waiting 3 to 4 weeks easy, if you're lucky!!!!
