It's great. I cooked french fries many times, but it stopped working in 3 months. Luckily the maker sent me the exchange, so if it works long enough, I will change my review in positive way.

I wish I had gotten a better one that has dishwasher safe parts and a rotisserie option. It's just okay, but if I had to do it again, I'd get more features.

Purchased unit last year. 1st one malfunctioned, came completely apart(draw front part cracked and split in 3 pieces). CS sent replacement. 2 months later same thing happened. They would not send replacement. Just be aware its only a year warranty,

I ordered this Gourmia 6qt air fryer online for it was not available in local Bestbuy store. The order was ready to pickup in about a week as promised. However my excitement turned into disappointment after I hauled the unit back home and opened the box: There was no user manual, no warranty card and no recipe book in the box at all, although the box and the tapes which sealed the box cover were in like new condition. I was wondering my order was fulfilled by Bestbuy distribution center or its vender with a repacked customer returned unit, or, those materials were missing in manufacturer production line. I had to waste another hour to drove back and returned it. Buyer beware. If you ordered this air fryer and you do not want to waste time, please make sure everything is in the box before leaving the store. No Gourmia anymore, I am going to shop for a different brand.

It takes longer then a lil cooler, I cooked on it only two times!!

Arrived broken, box damage too. Also looks like bad quality inspection, also the basket on side it not sliding evenly, looks like if the food is cooked the hot air might come out from the sides. We did not switch on but sure looks like hot air will come out from sides.

Nothing was crispy. I ended up giving this to my sister in law

I have been loving this air fryer! Has the same taste as deep frying for basically no calories! Super easy to use with a great manual and recipe book. Takes literally minutes to get the perfect crispy fried taste. So simple to take apart and cleans so nicely!

Chicken tenders and Japanese tonkatsu (pork cutlet) come out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside in as little as 20 minutes. Clean up is also a breeze. This is a great addition for the kitchen, and the stainless steel exterior looks good as well.

love the size of this device the basket is huge and yet the whole device itself has a small footprint, nice and quiet as well. very happy with this fryer. the stainless is awesome as well, looks very high end

Food is crisp without all the oil and calories. Easy to clean. Roast chicken turns out with crisp skin, but moist and tender meat.

I've had this for a few years now and still absolutely LOVE it. Works just as great as the day i bought it. Honestly, it'd be hard for me to go with any other brand of air fryer after this.

Just cooked a ribeye steak that I marinated in soy sauce and garlic. Used the recommended setting. Its amazing! Incredible med. juicy, tasty steak! Just cooked frozen hotwings, I'm just as pleased.

Highly recommend this air fryer! I use it 2 to 3 times a week. Everything I have cooked has been great.

I have fried everything possible in this air fryer. From chicken wings, rotisserie chicken, bacon. You name it. My kids love it and actually use it more than I do. A great purchase!!!
