This is a very useful appliance, I bought it as a present!

I purchased this thinking it would be more efficient than my circular dehydrator. It has more space but cook time was the same. Not a bad product.

The product appears to be okay if you are planning on not using it much. I prefer Excalibur dehydrators.

We are still getting the hang of this device but is not that simple!!

Purchased this for my mother as a Christmas gift. We noticed that one of the tray support rails was broken. Because Best Buy was sold out after Christmas I had to reach out directly to Gourmia customer support.They were great and after sending them a couple of pictures, they sent me the air bill to return the defective item and sent me a brand new one. Great customer support by the manufacturer. As for operation, this thing does a great job. We make sweet potato jerky all the time for ourselves and our dogs. The device is quiet and the slide out trays are easy to work with. Highly recommend this dehydrator!

Takes for ever and the end result is not good dehydrated food!!

This Gourmia dehydrator outpeforms expectations. It's large capacity is great for families. I have already made some beef jerky. As a amateur chef i know that great herbs make great meals, so I grow my own. Now I can preserve the herbs I grow and always have them available regardless of the time of year. You definitely need this wonderful device. I will be making my own dried fruit this weekend!

It is a top quality dehydrator! So easy to make beef jerky, apples, bananas, and mangoes. We love it and it is so nice with the pull out shelves!!

My husband bought me this dehydrator shortly after we moved into our new house. I had two dehydrators in the past and they would take forever to dehydrate just a few bananas (our go-to snack). With this machine, I'm able to dehydrate tons of bananas, apples, and whatever other fruits we want for our snacks all at once, depending on time intervals. Since unboxing my machine four months ago, I've used it 1-2 times a week and it is performing very well!

This food dehydrator is a lifesaver! It works wonders with fruits, but it’s especially great for meats.
