Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the 8 quart version of this pressure cooker recently, and I really like it. The 6 qt would be easier to store, and I'm not sure that I needed the larger size in retrospect. It's easy to use, has all the features I was looking for, and at this price, you simply can't beat it. So far I've cooked risotto, tiny potatoes, a whole chicken, and a cheesecake. Gourmia does not sell accessories for their pressure cookers, so that's a limiting factor if you think you want a glass lid, a stainless steel pot, or an extra seal or something like that. However, you may be able to use other brands' accessories. I haven't tried yet. The non-stick interior seems strong and is very easy to clean.
