My current issue is that the contacts on the tray no longer connect consistently to the machine. I've reached out to the vendor, but have not received a response.

Poor handle design

Unreliable performance

However, though it gets hot with subsequent uses, the fan doesn’t always turn on and the food isn’t cooked evenly. Must be returned.

Teflon coating coming off

It does a great job, however the Teflon coating is starting to come off on the tray and rust in those spots. We will not be using it much longer because we don't want to feed our kids Teflon bits.
