    These are a great addition to anyone's house. Easy to install unless you are going up on a 40 foot ladder and still can barely reach the soffit but I would recommend buying extra brackets to ensure they stay where you install them if the adhesive tape fails. The app is easy to change the color to different themes and to set automatic timers.
