I ordered online and did not open the box until i had an afternoon to install the lights. I was missing both the power adapter and control box. It wasn't until i contacted best buy to find out that they only have a 15 day return policy. My fault for assuming i had 30 days like most reputable companies. I was then told in the future i should purchase a membership that extends the return policy. Please dont make the same mistake as me. Open your box right away and confirm you have all items before you end up with $225 light strands that you cannot connect to power

The only vibrant rich colors were the red and green. All other colors had a tint of white mixed into them, making them look like pastel colors. They sucked and I returned them.

Bought these back and December and they stopped working by Jan. Customer service is all foreign and they take days to respond to anything. Took so long to send replacement parts that it is now past time to get any sort of refund.

So disappointed. These are meant to be permanent, yet stopped working two weeks in. Govee told me to take them back to the store for a refund. It seems they have no clue what goes in to permanently affixing these to a home. They had no interest in helping find a solution.

I purchased these lights thinking i would never have to buy christmas lights again. They broke within 18 months, so i basically paid for $200 christmas lights that lasted two seasons. Dont waste your money.

The lights look fantastic but there is zero literature to help with how to customize or control the app. Your on your own and for 300?! It best come with guided help. BOO

Super easy to install, color is brilliant and app is user friendly. Excited to get creative with these during the other holidays or to use the soft white year round for an elegant addition to our house exterior. Shipping also was very fast and easy to purchase using the Best Buy app.
