I would have been better off buying directly from the company.

Very impressed but it still has a few bugs to work out. the lights can get a bit lost when on music mode. But I still love them and the cost can't be beat!

Good but not as bright as I was hoping for. I loke the number if different settings available.

Didn’t last long, had them up for about a week before one string went out. Few days later the next string. About a week later another string but it wasn’t connected to the two that went out. For example: work don’t work work work don’t work work

These are cool, but they cannot be cut so you can only really install if you don’t have any drops or gaps. Not as convenient as they advertise, and you definitely need to buy supplemental clips of your own because they do not provide anywhere near enough!

To expensive for the price, wish it was cheaper and brighter

Be careful when you purchase because if you need to extend and don’t purchase enough up front, you will have a hard time finding. Called the brand and they blew me off and told me it’s for retailers only. They were just awful and this is no fault of Best Buy.

Returned them. The stickers on the back of the light would not stay stuck to my soffit no matter how hard I tried. I waited for a warm day...no go. They fell down as soon as it got colder. I'm not going to spend that kind of money only to have things fail. Back they went for a refund.

They didn’t work as soon as we plugged them in. Followed instructions and even tried calling customer service, no solution.

Ordered these two weeks before Thanksgiving to set up well before Christmas...Upon opening the package, I found that the lights that were in the box were not GOVEE lights. Best Buy sent me an already opened item that someone had replaced with similar lights that would not connect with the provided power connector. Long story short, I will not be installing them before Christmas since they are all sold out now...

I would give zero stars if it was a choice. I bought a set of Govee Christmas lights for $300. I bought them in October because last year they were unavailable, we went to put them up and they were flickering. Who wants to put $300 dollar light up if they do not work properly. I went to return them today and learned that they only had a 15 day return on them, if I had bought the $49 dollar membership I would have received my money back. I have been a long time customer of Best Buy and have bought numerous items in the past. I will never do business with them again. Good thing there is Amazon!!! Mad beyond my limit! I will tell everyone they have terrible customer service!!!!!

I ordered online and did not open the box until i had an afternoon to install the lights. I was missing both the power adapter and control box. It wasn't until i contacted best buy to find out that they only have a 15 day return policy. My fault for assuming i had 30 days like most reputable companies. I was then told in the future i should purchase a membership that extends the return policy. Please dont make the same mistake as me. Open your box right away and confirm you have all items before you end up with $225 light strands that you cannot connect to power

The only vibrant rich colors were the red and green. All other colors had a tint of white mixed into them, making them look like pastel colors. They sucked and I returned them.

Bought these back and December and they stopped working by Jan. Customer service is all foreign and they take days to respond to anything. Took so long to send replacement parts that it is now past time to get any sort of refund.

So disappointed. These are meant to be permanent, yet stopped working two weeks in. Govee told me to take them back to the store for a refund. It seems they have no clue what goes in to permanently affixing these to a home. They had no interest in helping find a solution.

I purchased these lights thinking i would never have to buy christmas lights again. They broke within 18 months, so i basically paid for $200 christmas lights that lasted two seasons. Dont waste your money.

The lights look fantastic but there is zero literature to help with how to customize or control the app. Your on your own and for 300?! It best come with guided help. BOO

Super easy to install, color is brilliant and app is user friendly. Excited to get creative with these during the other holidays or to use the soft white year round for an elegant addition to our house exterior. Shipping also was very fast and easy to purchase using the Best Buy app.

Then show up saying we dont have a ladder to do job

Bright lights. Easy to use App. Holiday Theme presets are really nice.
