    Perfect for single burger patties, frying up to 3 eggs, etc. I'd read that the surface isn't really non-stick, and that's true. But a quick shot of cooking spray solves that. Fast, easy clean-up.

    I love Granitestone pans. This is quite small, but it works for making one egg, which I often do when making breakfast for myself. I would also use it to sauté a few onions.

    To small to use on burner. Burns handle. The pan was not thought through even though blue diamond is high quality.
