Overall, movie was great. I was yelling at the TV while watching. It felt like I was there with them telling them what to do. I got hooked with the action. Best viewed with a Large TV like 60" plus so you can appreciate the special effects. The 3d effect is fantastic. One of the Best one's I've seen. If you didn't see this in theater like me, this is a must watch at home.

I was a little skeptical about how good this movie was going to be but was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Sandra Bullock was better than I thought she was going to be and George Clooney's acting was a little cheesy. Although he was a little cheesy it made a great comedic offset to the seriousness of Sandra Bullocks character. Over all I think it's a good watch.

This movie has some incredible cinematography. It brings to mind images from 2001: A Space Odyssey. While people may criticize the movie for some scientific inaccuracies, who cares? Just go along for the ride and enjoy it. In movies, everything doesn't have to be scientifically possible to be enjoyable. It's an interesting story with great images to accompany it.

Sandra Bullock does an excellent job in conveying the claustrophobic feeling of being stuck in a small space . This reminded me a lot of the Tom Hanks film Cast Away. Sandra is great and we agonize with her throughout this ordeal. I do wish that there had been more attention focused on developing her character's personality and of the buildup which led to the mission in space.

Gravity is the best movie we have seen in years! We saw it in a 3d IMAX theatre first and had to own it on blu ray. We also bought some extra 3d glasses so we could invite more people over to see it with us. Sandra Bullock was awesome, the 3d was spectacular, and the storyline was very believable. Buy this today and watch it over and over! You will not be disappointed.

This movie was incredible at the theater in 3D and I was only hoping for an okay version knowing the limitations of home 3D but I was greatly mistaken. The 3D blu ray is crisp and clear, a lot of attention was paod to the transfer process and it shows. This movie was well worth the added cost of IMAX/3D and this blu ray copy is worth the price for home viewing...enjoy!

I have utilize this on my 55" XBR 4K that my wife never really appreciate it until I watched this movie with her. Once she saw this she was amazed on the detail of the 3d effect and how out of the screen effect it had. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have the whole 3D experience with a great story line to go with, also the soundtrack was phenomenal!!!

When I saw this in the theater, it was a definite IMAX 3D movie. So when it came out on disc, the best I could do was 3D so I got it. The pictures are larger than life and a must see on a large screen TV. The movie makes you think that all satellites orbit the earth at the same distance and same latitude. I doubt that's true but it is still a great movie and must see.

The CG in this movie was fantastic! Not once did I stop to ponder how a particular scene could have been better because of an obvious graphic that was unbelievable. There was a moment, hopefully without giving a spoiler here, where I shouted out "YES! AWESOME!" and then a few moments later... "Oh mannnn. Duped." And then it ended and I wished that it wasn't over yet. ~Nate.

The movie Gravity is a wonderful human interests story about the survival of a lone woman against terrible odds. Sandra Bullocks takes you into the storyline and gives a masterful performance. And George Clooney is wonderful as his sidekick roll too. The movie has a visual effects that are truly the bread and butter of this movie. I will watch it over and over again!

Saw this in Imax 3D on its original theatrical release. Definitely one of the greatest sci-fi films of all time. If you found it slow and boring you probably saw it on an inferior format (streamed to your iPad???) which is almost criminal. Get the 3D Blu-ray and watch it on the largest 3D screen you can beg, borrow, or steal and you'll see a different film.

Great movie, plenty of action and suspense. I really, really enjoy movies that are long. This movie is over two hours long with plenty of action that will have you on the edge of your seat. The movie seems to portray real life events. With all of the stuff we are sending into outer space some of it is bound to crash into each other and possibly other space missions.

Myself and my husband bought this movie and watched it. There was some amazing scenery. Apparently they had to hold some poses for quite a while during filming. It gives you a feeling of what it would be like to be totally alone and face death. The ending of the movie was one that leaves you wondering if, in fact, there was really a happy ending. Enjoyed the movie.

Great movie. The movie is absolutely stunning from the get go. I can't remember ever being pulled into a film so completely and thoroughly, and I don't think I've seen a more beautiful film. Its a pretty intense ninety minutes, with Bullock's character constantly battling one catastrophe after another, and all of it is amazing to see. The plot is pretty straight forward.

The thing that amazed me so much about "Gravity" is how good it looked. I really could believe that this movie was filmed in space. When I watched the, how-this-movie-was-made videos in the special features section, I was very impressed at the ingenuity the filmmakers used to make the special effects look so real. It made the story so much more believable.

While watching this film, I emerged dumbfounded as to just exactly how much I found myself rooting for Sandra Bullock. I mean this in the general sense, as well. This movie explores isolation, sacrifice, loss... and a whole lot more. Visuals and audio are stunning on Blu-Ray. Any lesser format would not do justice to it.

The cinematography is beyond the scope of most movies. The 3-D effects leave you gasping for air, taking you into the drama of this woman's struggle to overcome her own fears and demons to survive insurmountable odds. The plot though simple is just a device to put this woman in an extraordinary situation and show what all of us are cable of if pushed to extremes.

I watched Gravity in theaters and I really enjoyed it. It made me think about the space mankind has created just outside earth. We're not always aware of it, but it's a great plot about the possibilities of a chain reaction occurring on vital components that we need. Great to see the will to live humans have even after being beaten down. Great movie, must watch.

Very cool movie and how it would be in space. I know all the space people complained about it but hey this is Hollywood. I think people's PhD's get in the way of them thinking everything in life has to be accurate. If they had a PhD in movies then everyone would "JUST ENJOY" each film The Dude
