A simple premise (two astronauts stranded in space) does not describe how stunning this movie is. Filled with long takes and amazing effects, this is filmmaking mastery and was a blast in Imax 3D. Watch on a big screen with the sound up for maximum effect.

Awesome space adventure. The special effects were amazing..after seeing the special features I was amazed how the movie was made. Everything looked like it was actually filmed in space. Sandra B should receive an Oscar for her performance. Can't wait to see it again!

Great movie. Been building up my 3D collection as 3D movies are harder and harder to find. Space based movies are always great in 3D. Sandra crushed this role as well.

Sandra Bullock was fantastic in this movie. It is pretty hard to hold attention for that long basically by yourself. The story was OK, some good action in it. Thankfully it wasn't any longer than it was because I wouldnt have tolerated a much longer version of that story.

Great tale of a disaster in an inhospitable enviroment, and the human struggle to overcome impossible situations to survive. Excellent performance by Clooney and Bullock. Incredible 3D IMAX experience and you have to see it on a 3D TV! Level of detail is staggering!

This movie has some of the best 3D effects I've seen in quite a while. It's a spectacular, immersive experience. The story is gripping and tense the entire time, more than making up for the fact that it's only 1.5 hours long. The extras are very comprehensive too.

This is a great film of discovery to watch the hazards involved with space missions. You learn to appreciate those courageous volunteers who desire to explore our last and final frontier. A minor mistake in space can have deadly consequences. A tense and adventurous film.

This is a fantastic video of drama and extreme tragedy at the International Space station. Having been blown away by the 3D effects at the IMax, I had to own it on Blu-ray 3D. I will watch this over several times. If you have a good sound system, turn up the volume.

Space travel is really dangerous and this movie shows the reality. I enjoyed the acting and cinematic views created in Gravity. I would have liked a 4K version, but will settle for 3D. Excellent price of $15 on sale.

I purchased before the Oscars were announced and definitely the movie lived up to the nominations. Sandra and George did an excellent job in their roles and kept the pace of the movie going throughout. Definitely not a one and done - will be good to watch multiple times.

A fantastic film on so many levels. From the cinematography to the superb acting. A journey into a mind blowing cinematic event that not only captivates but moves you in so many ways. Gravity can only be described as breathtaking, just like the world it exists in.

I saw Gravity in the theater in 3-D, and liked it so much I saw it twice. I wondered how it would translate on the small screen in 2-D. Answer, just fine. The disc of extras was fairly weak, too much talk and not enough of the actual special effects production.

Movie is quite good and keeps ur attention all through. The acting is incredible especially since this is a computer-anmiated movie and everything looks so real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ending is really bizaarre................................edge of seat entertainment.

A groundbreaking movie that keep you glued to your seat for the entire time. Sandra Bullock and George Clooney are fabulous in their roles as marooned astronauts. The cinematography is truly stunning and makes you believe that you are in space with the characters.

I did not see the movie at the theater and was looking forward to viewing it on my 3D televison. It did not disappoint, as far as the visual, color, etc. Sandra Bullock was perfect in the role, but the story line could have been better for her to win the Academy award.

Gravity was definitely deserving of its 7 Academy Awards, and in my opinion, was snubbed for Best Picture. I saw it in IMAX 3D, and was worried that it wouldn't translate well on a home TV, but was pleasantly surprised that it was still just as captivating.

This movies grabs you right from the beginning and doesn't let go. It's got action, suspense, danger and dizzying special effects. It's also got first rate picture and sound and lends itself well to 3D.

An incredible film to say the least, the movie grabs you from the first minute and ruthlessly holds you until the very end! The sweeping camera work moves from one white-knuckle scene to the next with brilliance and beauty, this is a film to watch over and over!

Going in thought a whole movie on the setting was over doing it but it was pretty entertaining. The theme of being marooned on your own in space gets you thinking how you would handle it. Sandra Bullock had some lines and scenes that were a little too cheesy though..

The plot to this is movie pretty basic and predictable, but the cinematography is what makes this movie. Ive always been skeptical of 3d movies but when I saw this in theaters, I actually became a huge fan of 3D. The director really nailed it on this aspect.
