A fantastic movie from start to finish. A must for 3D lovers with the screen size to present such a middle ear twisting, visual masterpiece. Loaded with excitement and the overcoming of hopeless odds at every turn.

This movie was visually amazing as advertised. The way it is shot and acted you can feel the amazement and also the anxiety. I actually bought this for a friend and watched it, I will have to buy one for myself as well.

Phenomenal movie by Alfonso Cuaron. Bullock and Clooney are excellent in this and really make you feel like you are there with them. The entire movie is like one giant ride in outer space and feels very authentic.

Why it was not named MOMENTUM is the question. Scientifically impossible but still a good movie. Silly about satellites orbiting in opposite directions as they are all launched WITH the earths spin, never against.

This is quite an exciting movie. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Although there are only really three people in the movie, there were no boring spots or slow parts. I felt like I was out in space with them. It was great.

This was a pretty decent movie overall. The story was OK, and the special effects were super. The bonus features and "how they made it" features were also great.

Visually, this movie is a real treat. The story was unable to suspend my disbelief and was therefore not the thriller I was hoping. However, I still screened it for friends just because of how stunning it looks.

Loved it. One if the best movies I've seen in along time. It's a shame Ckooney dies right away but oh well. Sandra is in her underwear most of the movie so I guess there's that. I'm only writing this to get points....

Another one I missed at the theater, got this on blu ray3D . I imagined it would be boring as very few actors. The suspense was edge of the seat stuff, the 3D effects were great, very entertaining and enjoyable.

This is a great movie, very realistic cinema. Sandra Bullock is a very talented actress and really brings the roll to life. George Clooney is also amazing. All in all a riveting performance and great story line.

This movie really takes you to space. The acting is superb, the plot is very good, but the true star of the film is the cinematography and CG. Short, at 90 minutes, this movie does everything it was supposed to.

If you watch it once you will focus on the special effects and come out at the end thinking it was a decent movie. The first viewing holds up okay. But, if you watch it more than once the special effects won't continue to work at masking the mediocre acting (I had enough after the third or fourth time of listening to Sandra Bullock's character chant, "NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO" in crescendo-style rapid succession whenever she didn't want something bad to happen. And, the "Tell me about the hairy guy. What happened to the hairy guy?" dialog. Eeesh) oversimplified plot, and inadequate character development.

What can I say, it is the movie.... The Cinematography transferred well from the big screen to the BluRay. I haven't had a chance to watch it at reference levels so I can't comment on how they audio mixing holds up.

Perfect performances by Bullock and Clooney. CGI is great; well done and never gets in the way of the movie. Great character development and a few plot twists keep your interest. Blu-Ray transfer is very good.

The Movie is pretty Good with great high res space shots. Best Buy miss-shipped the movie version and mailed me the standard Blu-ray version without the digital copy. So cant tell you if the Digital HD copy might have been even better. Not a major issue but this has now happened with three of the last six movies I purchased through Best Buy. 50% error rate.

Overall, I thought the movie was good; but when it finally ended I realized I was expecting a bit more. I believe this to be a result of all the "hoopla" the movie received that kept me looking for something more.

Was a great movie to watch with the family. The setting was deffinitely out there and acting was good. The plot had a couple of stretches to the imagination and the ending needed a bit more to satisfy the watcher.

Great movie that kept me and the family at the edge of our seat in suspense. The cinematography was gorgeous and the acting was intense. Great film and definitely worth getting in Blu-Ray for high definition.

I thought the movie was different, and that is what made it so good. I really like Sandra Bullock, and George Clooney. The blue ray quality is so nice to have, it makes you feel as though you are right there.
