I saw the movie on the big screen back in 1978 and I liked it a lot. It is one of my favorite musicals. I watched it again on the Blu Ray and it was fun. It is a fun movie and can be watched several times. The cast is outstanding. The audio and video on the disc are excellent. Best Buy price was great. Highly recommended.

Bought this Blu-Ray 40th anniversary edition for a summer outdoor movie. It is perfect. With a good projector, a big screen, and a sound system, it just doesn’t get any better. The colors, the music, the cars, the costumes, Olivia Newton-John, and that Travolta fella... just perfect summer fun.

Love this version that looks like an old school yearbook! Grease is a timeless classic and must have for anyone who loves musical theater! The movie and the packaging are both great for the die hard fan or anyone who may be seeing Grease for the first time (where have you been?!)

This movie brings life growing up in the fifties to the silver screen. It's a love story musical drama about two teenagers from different walks of life adjusting their lifestyles to be with one another. John Travolta and Olivia Newton John play the lead roles of Danny and Sandy at its absolute best.

I never get tired of watching this movie with both outstanding music and actors. I've already owned this movie, but just had to get it on a 4K disc to watch on the new 4K LG 55. Not one bit of disappointment here!

I wasn’t too sure if it would be really worth the upgrade of this movie to Ultra High Definition , But my am I glad I did as for a movie that 40 years old the UHD transfer is just amazing bringing the movie right up to date and still as good now as the first time I saw it on its official release. If your wondering is it worth purchasing this on the UJD format I would highly recommend it A+++++

Good movie, was heartwarming to relive the past gone days. Truly a keepsake movie. Tha cast was perfectly suited for their roles portrayed.

This film in 4k is like going back in time and watching the theater experience again. Of course with a superior picture and sound. This is the best this movie will ever look. I was blown away.

Wow they did a great job with this old movie to 4k..image so clear..love this movie..a true classic..and would watch it many many times..comes with digital code which looks just like the disc..love it!!

I remember watching this movie as a kid and let me tell you, I still get goose bumps and giggles and ect, ect. This movie never gets old. The songs and humor are still very enjoyable after all these years. My kids are always asking me to play it as well. It's a movie for all generations.

Some people find this movie "corny" but I like it. It is entertaining it has even been shown as a Broadway play. Personally, I like the Newton-John and Travolta version of Grease better than any other. They are both talented singers and good actors. I always love seeing the old 50's styles and cars.

I bought this really for the extras at such a low price and I always enjoy watching movies once with the director's commentary. Very interesting. I learned a few things about this movie, actually alot, and now I'll watch the movie knowing why and how scenes were filmed a certain way.

Wow! The picture Clarity is Amazing! I can't believe how nice it looks on Bluray. There is no Noticable distortion in the picture due to way too much sharpness and contrast that some editors tend to do. It's perfect and it can't possibly get any better than this!

The 4K version really looks great! I recently watched the DVD version a few days before watching it again in 4K and the difference is amazing! If you are going to buy this movie again or even for the first time. Buy 4K you won’t regret it.

I found the blu-ray of "Grease" in my local Best Buy for about $12 and couldn't resist buying it. Sure it's dated but it's always been one of guilty pleasures. Like most blu-ray movies, "Grease" benefits from the transfer. It's crisp and clean with great sound. It was, incidentally, the first time I'd ever seen it in wide screen. The Rydell High School Year Book packaging is cool enough to make the purchase even more worth it. The extras are pretty good too. Great value package.

If you like musicals and like catchy songs, this is the movie for you. Reliving the days of these characters from Rydell High was amazing. Pretty much every song is a hit and it's very entertaining, makes you wish you were still in high school.

Grease is one of those movies you can watch with the whole family and enjoy. John and olivia steal the movie with there singing and dancing, acting. Now to this day people love to sing there song summer nights. Overall if you have never seen this movie get it you will love it I did.

My mom requested this as her gift. She loves this movie. I came to Best Buy as they always have what you are looking for. Grease is the word!

If a person has never seen this movie, I can't even imagine it! It is so much fun to sing & dance along, while watching this movie. John Travolta & Olivia Newton John played their parts so good & who new John Travolta could sing, wow!

My daughter has watched Grease so often, she has burned through several DVDs. Grease is one of her favorite musicals and this 40th anniversary edition DVD is one of the best. Highly recommended!
