great movie but great director don't watch if weak

It should have been better than this. It has a pretty simple storyline and the acting is Meh. If it stayed a little on the serious side it would have greatly benefited the movie greatly. The gore and kills were pretty good.

Not for the weak of heart (or stomach), but if you're an Eli Roth fan, you know what to expect. An entertaining watch for those who like the genre, and definitely an ode to films like "Cannibal Holocaust".

This is a gory film with lots of blood and flesh and interesting special effects but not a lot of plot. If you want empty gore this is it. There were several moments where I was thinking this is so unbelievable and cliche. Stupid people making stupid choices and pretty much getting what they deserve which was to be eaten by the cannibalistic tribe that they didn't take the time to research before going on their "mission" to "save these peoples rain forest." The reviews I read about it made it sound way better than what it was.

If you're into gore then this movie is for you. it has some good suspense but overall a movie you would benefit more by not owning. Can't imagine myself watching again.

This movie was ok, the scares really weren't there. It is definitely a re-make of Cannibal Holocaust which was a much better film; but it never stated this any where.

The movie is ok. Kinda short and the gory scenes are ok at best. The whole plot is kinda iffy and i would consider it a rental movie at best.

I honestly did not even finish watching it. Based on the trailer it seemed like it had a good story line. Honestly, overall it really sucked. If you're into gore and bad story line then by all means, watch this. I cannot even begin to explain all the things which were bad about this movie. Then for them to make this a second time, wow. Was not worth the time or money spent on producing it. I really thought it was going to be better.

The movie was very predictable and poorly acted. It relied too much on blood and guts and had nothing else to keep the viewer interested.

Sort of disturbing but what else to expect, teenagers getting murdered. Nothing new, only difference they are eaten in this one.

Find something else to spend your money on....the is not an impressive money and takes away time you can never get back!

the movie had me really intrigued. but seriously the f*cking tone was all over the place.

There isnt much to say. If your a big fan of Roth youll love it if not you wont.
