Questionable Quality Control

She told me that 2 of the K-cups were empty. I found that hard to believe, but then I witnessed it myself when I found a third empty cup. The coffee is good, but expensive so it is very disappointing when you get 3 empty cups! Unless quality control improves, I can't recommend this to a friend in good conscience.

Excellent light, smooth taste
