Love the product and price - delivery disaster

There was no place to input Florida delivery address. I hit "chat" and the representative told me to call immediately, which I did. Unfortunately I was on hold a long time and when I was connected I was told it was too late to change, that I should have canceled the order rather than try to call to change delivery. My coffee ended up outside of an empty home in NH. I had to ask someone from 55 miles away to go pick it up.
