Other than that it’s an awesome power washer for the money I paid for it!

My inlet pressure from city water is around 32-37 PSI depending on the time of day. This is not enough to feed / power other pressure washers, even gas ones. This Greenworks unit is able to take that low inlet pressure and actually function as expected - putting out high pressure streams. Happy customer here.

The included wand and soap bottle can't be used at the same time. You will need to change it around for each application. Other than that, this is a great product.

I have used it to wash sidewalks and gutters. It was a lot cheaper than hiring someone. It works well on tires and hubcaps.
