Good purchase especially on sale.

My 35+ yrs old Excell Water blaster finally died and I replaced it with this. This is supposed to be 1900 psi but it doesn’t reach anywhere near to where my old one did. I tried both the 25 an 40 degree nozzles on my wood porch and in spite of going over it twice I can still see dirt in sections. Tried both those nozzles as well as the turbo nozzle and I had to keep going over and over the same sections. It just doesn’t have the power it should have for 1900 psi. I’m not that impressed.

Our 1900 is perfect for light- to medium-duty clean-up of windows, vehicles, grills, patio furniture and decking. The higher the PSI on a product, the more intense and pressurized the water stream becomes and the heavier job you'll be able to tackle. With a higher PSI does come a higher price point but depending on your workload, it may be necessary. Not only does it make the job easier, but it is safer to use the right tool for the job. This pressure washer kit includes, 25-degree and 40-degree nozzles, soap nozzle and bonus turbo nozzle. The PSI of the unit is manipulated by the type of nozzle tip connected to the wand when using the unit. The one down fall is the circular spray for the drive doesn’t spin very well. I had to mess with it quite a bit to work. The wand attachment works very well for the quick basic cleans.

The turbo nozzle stopped working after a few uses. The foamer is not adjustable and empties quickly. The hose constantly gets kinked and could be at least 5' longer. I haven't used the surface cleaner attachment yet. I bought another foamer and will buy another longer kink free hose. In the end, you're better off paying a little bit more for a package that has upgraded accessories.

Posted .Hello HDFatboy. Sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing. Sounds like the nozzle may be dirty or clogged. To clean the nozzles, soak the nozzle in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Even a small number of debris can cause performance issues. Here are some tips to help prevent your hose from kinking Store it properly. Keep your hose straight and away from heavy traffic areas when you are not using it. We recommend users store the hose on the provided hose storage. Do not drive your car over the hose. Do not bend the end of the hose to stop the water flow. We hope these tips help.
