I had it bust open on the second use. I had the opportunity to return the whole machine back to Best Buy, but decided to call Greenworks and told them I liked the machine . So they replaced the hose with a better quality high pressure hose.

Ordered it online and didn’t open it right away. Had a hard time taking it back because I was 2 days past the 15 day return policy. Who has a 15 day return policy!! The one I got to replace was fine. Just a little nervous that this one will have all the corrosion that the original one had.

Its much more efficient than using just the wand. Operates very similar to a carpet cleaner machine when it comes to slow strides, but works great!

Posted .Hello AustinR. Thank you for the feedback. It is common for nozzle tips to become blocked or clogged, due to dried material, solid particles, or wear, leading to reduced or absent flow. We love to share our tip on cleaning the nozzle tips! We recommend trying to clean the nozzle, soak the nozzle in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak the nozzle for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse it with warm water. Your nozzle will now be free of any obstructions.
