Wand fittings very difficult to attach

I was attracted by it compact size. However, when I tried to assemble it, I was ready to return it because I could not get the wand piece or the foam cannon attached to the wand. Finally, after several YouTube videos, I noticed that one has to press VERY hard and turn. I most definitely do not look forward to using it again after one car wash and suffering thru the switch outs. Greenworks - please get some women testers and listen to their feedback.

We understand that for some new customers this task of attaching and removing the wand or soap tank may seem overwhelming or difficult but once they do it a few times it’s quite easy. To attached either the wand or soap bottle push the end of the trigger wand and rotate to secure.
Here's a video to a different model however, attaching either the wand or soap tank is the same.
