Clearly someone bought it and use it and then returned back to the store didn’t know people were doing that this days but I have to blame Best Buy for not checking the inside of the box and putting it back to shelf so they can sell it for new I mean if you going to sell me an use item a least I shouldn’t be paying for a new item The machine is dirty like the person who use it didn’t care because they knew they were returning the product ! Two important pieces are missing also Very very disappointing with the whole process I’m sure I will very careful buying stuff from Best Buy from now on

It seems like there is always something that can be pressure washed around here like outdoor furniture, decking, siding, concrete, or even cars as the past couple years it has been a go-to tool when I’m cleaning and detailing our cars. I was so excited to try out this Greenworks pressure washer kit because we have been using the same pressure washer for nearly 20 years and I figured technology had improved in that time, and I was right! The Greenworks kit was very easy to set up, I could not get over how light and small it is compared to our older one. It was easy to connect both hoses to it and assemble the wand, and once I turned it on I realised how quiet it was and was very impressed. One thing I noticed about it compared to our old one is the delay from the time I pull the trigger till the time the pressure washer starts running and the high pressure water comes out, it is not as instant or quick as our older one but it is not a deal breaker. The pressure that both the tips had was satisfactory, I used it to clean a vehicle and it was just perfect, not too harsh and not too weak. Since I was cleaning a vehicle it was the perfect time to test out the foam cannon it came with and compare it to the other one I own. It worked very well and I had no complaints about it. The next day since there was a bit of residue on the driveway from washing the car I decided to use the surface cleaner attachment and it worked really well! I cannot wait to use it on our patio next season because it should make the job go a lot quicker. My only complaint about this kit is the hose for the wand is way too short. Even though I was cleaning an average sized vehicle, I found myself having to move the pressure washer around a lot with me while I tried to reach all sides of the vehicle. Another 10 or 12 more feet would have been so much nicer. This pressure washer is great for general household use and for beginners, if you can get it on sale it is an excellent deal. If you have a pressure washer already and would like to upgrade eventually, this model might not be the best option, but it does look like Greenworks has bigger or more heavy duty options that would be great, I have no issues with the brand itself and I would definitely recommend it!

To be fair it is my first ever pressure washer so I have nothing to compare it to except for my hose nozzle. However, my hose nozzle is waaay more powerful than this pressure washer. Upon my first use, I followed the directions exactly as written and used the “turbo” nozzle attachment. The washer barely got the bird poop off of my pavers. Maybe I got a defective product. I will be exchanging this one and hopefully the new one will be better. If it is, I will update this post.

Being one of the smaller pressure washer in the Greenworks platform, it does have its limits. There are other bigger models that are prepared to handle the bigger clean up jobs. Good but not optimal

Not only is a lot if inconvinience its technically unsafe since you will be using a lot if water and hopefully you dont wet the electric cables.

Now Mine began shutting off randomly and stopped working. I only use it to wash my car and scrub my garage floor. It was only $99 so i suppose you get what you pay for.

Posted .Hello Sammy. Thank you for reporting the pulsing in the pressure washer. This is not normal, and there is a commitment to resolving the issue. Please purge the line. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. Reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. At this stage, if the unit shuts off when a nozzle is installed be sure to try all nozzles. A faulty nozzle may cause the unit to shut down.
Additional components to check:
• Ensure a nozzle is connected. Be sure to try all nozzles.
• Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI
• Check that there is at least 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water from going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
• For best results, use a 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16 mm) garden hose.
• Check that the water inlet is not clogged. Disconnect the garden hose, remove the filter and rinse with warm water.
