Customers admire the 1900 PSI 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer Combo Kit for its ease of use, overall performance, and power. Many appreciate its compact size, lightweight design, and the good value for the price, with some noting its surprisingly quiet operation. However, some customers feel the hose length could be longer, and a few find the surface cleaner inefficient.

Hello and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. These parts can sometimes crack when the pump was not properly winterizing and the water froze, expanded, and damaged a piece of the brass. We would recommend contacting Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 for a proper evaluation. This is not a difficult part to replace. So, it should be a fairly smooth process. Your Greenworks pressure comes standard with a X-year (homeowner) Greenworks limited warranty.

Hello LorraineH. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with this product. We are concerned to read that you are feeling let down and that the unit has not fully met your expectations. The higher the PSI on a pressure washer, the more PSI you will receive and water volume — in gallons per minute (GPM). A pressure washer rated with a higher PSI and GPM cleans better and faster but often costs more than lower-rated units but depending on your workload, it may be necessary. Not only does it make the job easier, but it is safer to use the right tool for the job! Please consider checking out our higher PSI products, we truly do not think you'll be disappointed. Greenworks - 3000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer - Green (Model:5127902/SKU:6583283). Hope this information helpful. If you require any additional support or have questions regarding a product, we recommend try our Q&A section on product's page or Chat with us direct on our website www.greenworkstools.com.

Hello Sammy. Thank you for reporting the pulsing in the pressure washer. This is not normal, and there is a commitment to resolving the issue. Please purge the line. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. Reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. At this stage, if the unit shuts off when a nozzle is installed be sure to try all nozzles. A faulty nozzle may cause the unit to shut down.
Additional components to check: • Ensure a nozzle is connected. Be sure to try all nozzles. • Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI • Check that there is at least 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water from going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. • For best results, use a 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16 mm) garden hose. • Check that the water inlet is not clogged. Disconnect the garden hose, remove the filter and rinse with warm water.
If you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, contact us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your pressure washer with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided.

Hello MelissaC. We are sorry to hear about this issue! Often, this would be caused by a faulty nozzle, or the unit not being bled of excess air in the line. Here is some troubleshooting below! Be sure to try all steps as described. 1) Clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45 PSI. 4) Be sure to try ALL nozzles! If this issue persists, please start a Live chat on Greenworks Tools website (www.greenworkstools.com) or contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). Please have the unit on hand so we can help you best.

I’m returning this Power Washer because I have a premium hose with a budget sprayer than is much more powerful than this device. Also, after my first use it was extremely difficult to remove my garden hose from the port where it attaches.

This pressure washer performed satisfactorily for its intended, light-duty applications. However, after approximately five hours of cumulative use, comprising of five separate one-hour sessions, it began exhibiting excessive noise and a noticeable electrical odor. Poor quality on this item and will need to be replaced.

Hello GeoBec. We are sorry to hear of the issue you experienced. No matter how powerful your pressure washer might be, it is never a good idea to leave your machine running for too long because doing so will increase the risk that it will overheat. A pressure washer's motor can overheat from prolonged usage or even just being in the sun. Ambient atmospheric temperature is a much bigger factor in unit overheating / running hot. Store the unit cold, keep in the shade when possible, during use. This will help maximize runtime before overheating in hot environments. A good guide would be 15-minute break for every 45 minutes of use. If you have any further questions and would like us to investigate this further, please contact us directly through Live chat on (www.greenworkstools.com) or call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). We are happy to help you further.

Hello JoseR, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the 1900 PSI Pressure Washer Combo Kit. We are sorry to hear that you experienced multiple issues right away and that the unit did not meet your expectations. This model is designed to deliver consistent performance for residential cleaning tasks, so early operational problems are certainly not typical. We would like the opportunity to better understand the specific issues you encountered, whether related to power, pressure output, connections, priming, or assembly; so we can properly assist. If the unit is not starting or not building pressure, common checkpoints include: (1) Ensuring the garden hose is fully connected and turned on before powering the unit. (2) Confirming the unit is properly primed (water running through before squeezing the trigger). (3) Checking that the GFCI outlet has been reset. (4) Inspecting all hose connections and O-rings for proper seating. If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, your pressure washer is covered under the manufacture's warranty from date of purchase and our success team can help with repair, replacement parts, or next steps as needed. Please contact Greenworks Customer Success directly with your unit’s serial number and proof of purchase so we can work toward a resolution. Hello EmelieL. Thank you for sharing. Yes, pressure washing can be messy, and it can also be dangerous if not done correctly. Here are some tips to avoid making a mess when pressure washing: Clean in a system, such as focusing on one plank at a time or cleaning each paving slab individually. Work in horizontal sweep, overlap slightly each time to avoid stripes. Don't spray erratically. Spraying frantically can make more mess, clean unevenly, and use more energy. Be careful with the pressure. Applying too much pressure can damage surfaces. When selecting a nozzle tip for the correct job, please view the included video link showing the functions of each nozzle for reference. We hope these tips help provide a better user experience. Should you have any questions or warranty needs, contact us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website (www.greenworkstools.com) or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). We are here to help. Capable little house helper

This little electric pressure is a great tool to help with the external house cleaning chores. It comes as a great basic package of all the tools that one would need for most of the pressure washing tasks, like three different nozzles, the cleaning solution spray bottle with its own nozzle and the 11 inch round surface cleaner attachment. It is easy to put together and you can make it work in no time.
The pressure water hose is only 20 feet long but this is no different than most of other pressure washers in the same category. It does not kink and is of decent quality. It connects quickly and it does not leak. The electric power cable is 35 feet long and has the in-line GFCI and waterproof power plug for additional safety, especially if water sprinkles around. The two included 25 and 40 degrees nozzles can be stored on the power washer body. The included 11-In rotating surface cleaner included in this kit uses two nozzles underneath and proved to provide uniformity in cleaning results. The spray gun trigger has a safety tip to prevent the gun going on its own.
The washer starts with a push of a button and automatically shuts off when the handle trigger is not engaged, but once you press the trigger it restarts the washer. Never had any delays with getting the water out of the nozzle when needed. The unit is not loud and overall it does its job.
This pressure washer provides 1,900 PSI and up to 1.2 gallon of water per minute. This is sufficient in my experience for most of the household jobs, but doing a deep clean up of pavers would require more PSI in my opinion and for that I would need to buy a much more expensive pressure washer, which Greenworks also offers. But for what I need around the house, this unit seems sufficient for most of the jobs. It even removed the calcium residue from the edges of the pavers with the right nozzle.
Overall I am happy with this kit. It conveniently provides all the tools that I need at relatively affordable cost, it works well and reliably for the PSI it provides, is quiet, light and does the job. Definitely recommended.
