Customers admire the 1900 PSI 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer Combo Kit for its ease of use, overall performance, and power. Many appreciate its compact size, lightweight design, and the good value for the price, with some noting its surprisingly quiet operation. However, some customers feel the hose length could be longer, and a few find the surface cleaner inefficient.

Hello Parryy. We understand your disappointment with Lowe’s return policy and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, Greenworks Tool does not have any control over returns from another retailer. We encourage you to review their policy for return here: (https://www.lowes.com/l/help/returns-policy). Wearable parts only carry a 90-day warranty from the time of purchase. A pressure washer spray gun can break due to various reasons, including damage from freezing, worn-out parts, improper storage, or even from running the pressure washer without pulling the trigger for extended periods. However, we will gladly take a closer look into this issue with you. Please contact us directly through Live chat on Greenworks website or call us at 1-888-909-6757. We would like the opportunity to speak with you to see if we can find a solution.

Hello ZhichengW - Thank you for taking to share your experience. The AC power delivers up to 1,900 PSI at 1.2 GPM. While the PSI is not physically adjustable, the nozzles create a variety of effects making it suitable for many purposes! Each pressure washer nozzle (also called spray tip) creates the pressure in pressure washer. The kit includes, (4) Spray nozzles – Turbo, Soap, 25° and 40°. The 25° is an even larger sheet or fan of water than 15° nozzle thus causing even less pressure on the surface. The 40° is the gentlest spray. Held at the right distance you would use a 40° nozzle to clean windows. It should be noted that backing away from the surface with a certain degree nozzle further reduces the pressure on it. A turbo nozzle - provides a 0° nozzle that oscillates through a 15° circular range. Lastly, the one with the lowest pressure is the black soap nozzle and features the largest orifice. The water velocity is decreased while the pressure is increased in the hose. The detergent is pulled from the tank and soap can be applied quickly and easily. We hope this information useful! Should you have any questions or warranty needs, please contact us directly through chatbot on Greenworks Tools website that will direct you to a Live agent or call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). This is a total easte of money in my opinion from my personal experience. The soap dispenser broke upon first use. Pressure is horrible barrly cleans loose dirt and does not clean driveway or concrete surfaces with stains or deep dirt. Very very cheaply made and unreliable. Also they state they are available 7days a week for customer ssrvice on the pamphlet inside the box but upon calling on a Saturday during the business hours listed, you get a recording stating they are only open Monday - Friday. Also now to return and get my money back, i have to pack the junk all back up and figure out how to get it to a Best Buy store even though this was an online order and delivered, Best Buy leaves all the duty and financial responsibility to the customer. Horrrible policy, horrribel product and horrible companies. Do not buy this junk!!!!

Hello Mike. We are sorry to hear about this issue. Often, this would be caused by a faulty nozzle, or the unit not being bled of excess air in the line. Here is some troubleshooting below! Be sure to try all steps as described. 1) Clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45 PSI. 4) Be sure to try ALL nozzles! If this issue persists, please start a Live chat on (www.greenworkstools.com) or contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

Hello vganji - We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45 PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by chatbot through the customer contact page located on our website. . All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you.

Hi DanP. Thank you for your review. With its lightweight features, the pressure washer does not require wheels to be maneuvered around. Each nozzle tip can provide a different angle spray for multiple jobs. This unit comes with the - Turbo nozzle, soap nozzle, 25-degree nozzle, and 40-degree, as well as the 11" Surface cleaner. The Turbo nozzle is the one that will provide the strongest spray. Hopefully you will be able try the unit a few more times and get use the handling and your footing. I only used the pressure washer once and it seems to work fine for what I intended it for. The reason I gave it a 1 star is because the item was used, I know it because some drops of water came out of the machine when I first putting it together. some of the parts had also some markings that indicated that it's been used. I called customer care and reported it. I just decided to keep it because it seems to work and I don't really have time to go to the store. I just can't believe that Best Buy do this kind of practice!!!

Bought this during the winter with plans to use it to wash my car when the weather improved. It literally died 15 minutes into the first use. I was able to soap my car but it stopped working before I could even rinse it off. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Further issues are that the plastic lugs to attach the wand and soap bottle are poorly fit making it hard to quickly swap, especially once things start getting wet.

Hello Angel1. We are sorry to hear of this experience. If your pressure washer has no pressure, start by changing your nozzle to a brand-new tip. The nozzle orifice size is what will determine the pressure output of your machine. The following chart offers some general guidelines to help you choose the best spray tip for your application. 25º – green nozzle: Uses a medium angle of spray for washing sensitive and soft surfaces (deck, fence, aluminum etc.). 40º – white nozzle: Largest angle of spray used for cleaning surfaces quickly and for rinsing. Turbo nozzle rotates in a zero to 15º spray pattern in a circular motion to break down tough dirt and grime. The spray pattern can cover area of 4 to 8 inches wide, depending on a distance between the tip and the surface being cleaned. When using the pressure washer for the car, it is always best to start with a plain water rinse to remove any loose mud, salt, or bugs. For this, you will want a 25º (green) or 40º (white) degree nozzle. We would like to offer some additional tips in the hopes they can provide a better user experience. Ensure a nozzle is connected and that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Cleaning the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Lastly, before and after use, it is strongly recommended to purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord.

A powerful punch of clean in a small form factor
|

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
This little guy packs a powerful punch of pressurized cleaning power into a portal package but there are some trade-offs to be aware of.
I’ve owned the same 2600 PSI gas-powered pressure washer for the last 16 years powered by a Honda motor which is still running strong. It was a floor model at one of the big box stores that I got at almost half off. It has a big engine attached to a two-wheeled metal frame that you wheel to your destination. The integrated soap dispenser has never functioned properly, and ignoring the engine and the metal frame, I’ve had to replace almost everything that came with this thing including the two rubber tires. I average 3 gas-tank refills to clean my driveway and I have to wear ear-protection when it’s in use to avoid going deaf from it’s cacophony of noise. I’ve wanted to replace it for a long time but I only pressure wash once or twice a year and I’ve just always found other things to spend money on. So when I almost killed myself dragging it up a flight of stairs to my back porch this year to clean my upper deck I decided enough was enough and it was time to retire the old beast.
What I enjoy most about the Greenworks is the small size. It does not have wheels so there is a little more lifting involved in cleaning jobs (compared with the tilt-and-push method of the typical upright models), but the lighter weight makes it so much easier to climb stairs with. Taking up less space in the storage shed is another bonus though you do have to come up a method for storing all the attachments as the only thing that fits directly onto the body of the unit are 2 pressure nozzles.
With gas powered units, your cleaning options are primarily limited by the length of water hose you have available to use. The Greenworks adds an additional limitation: how many electrical extension cables you have access to. You also have to use a bit more caution when moving the unit as there is no locking mechanism in place for the electrical plug and it doesn’t fit as snuggly into the socket as I would prefer for something that goes zap easily.
I’m 6 feet tall and I found the wand and attachments are a bit short for me so I hunched more than I did with my other unit. This is easier to deal with when you are using the spray tip nozzles but an absolute frustration when working with the rotating surface cleaner. My body didn’t tend to stiffen and get sore until 3-4 hours into cleaning sessions with the gas-powered beast, but after less than an hour with the Greenworks rotating surface cleaner I found myself taking stretch breaks to work out the muscle kinks. This problem is easier to avoid if you stick to using the spray nozzles, but another foot or two of length to the wants would be a nice addition. I do enjoy the turbo nozzle which shoots two streams of water to create a small circle of joy which makes carving your name into the pavement much more fun.
I mentioned earlier that the integrated soap nozzle never worked on my gas-powered unit. The Greenworks does not suffer from this problem because the soap applicator is a separate component that you connect, spray onto the surface, than swap back out for the normal water pressure. I love the flexibility of just having a bottle that can easily be cleaned, refilled, and swapped out.
The last thing I’ll share is that I was concerned about dropping from 2600 PSI down to 1900. I’ve seen a number of recommendations that suggest you need 2600 PSI or higher to clean anything beyond vehicles or bikes or bbq grills. My primary use case is concrete, my wood decks (without stripping the paint) and eventually my wood fence though I’m dreading that project. I haven’t noticed any negatives for these use cases dropping from 2600 to 1900, though like anything in life I think the results will vary.

Stopped working in about 10 seconds.
I hooked it all up, the first concerning thing was the lack of seal on the water side. The part spraying water was on the green works device. It was minimal, but strange any water was spraying out.
I plug it in and turn it on, it makes an electric noise, I point and pull the trigger water shoots out for like 10 seconds then stops. I checked the outlet gfci and the one in the plug in cord. Both are good and I have green on the on button.

Hello Shade405. We are sorry to hear about your experience when using the Greenworks 3000PSI pressure washer. Here are a few suggestion to try. Make sure that the bleed procedure has been done on this unit prior to turning on the unit to ensure that all air is out of the line and the system. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Test any GCFI outlet the unit is plugged into with a radio or blow dryer to ensure it is working and that the reset button on the cord has been reset. If electrical outlet not working, try another but NOT on the same electrical circuit as a dishwasher, washer or dryer. Turn unit on and if no power but electrical outlet is good, try unit on a different circuit. Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Ensure that the lock-out lever has been disengaged. If the lock-out lever is engaged, no water will come through the gun and wand.
