Customers admire the 1900 PSI 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer Combo Kit for its ease of use, overall performance, and power. Many appreciate its compact size, lightweight design, and the good value for the price, with some noting its surprisingly quiet operation. However, some customers feel the hose length could be longer, and a few find the surface cleaner inefficient.

This power washer was a piece of crap. If you don’t stand right on top of what u want to clean, it’s useless - it sucks ..I gave it one star because I had to give it something to be able to comment .. only had 15 days to return it so now im stuck with it - It rained for 2 weeks straight so I didn’t get to use it earlier

Hello LoLo - We are sorry to hear the Greenworks 1900 PSI did not meet your
We would like to offer a few suggestion in the hopes it will help resolve the matter you are experiencing. Generally, there are a few causes that create this problem. First, ensure a nozzle is connected. Second, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. Lastly, there should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Greenworks 1900 PSI is ideal for light-duty work. The higher the PSI on a product, the more power you will receive and the heavier job you'll be able to tackle. With a higher PSI does come a higher price point but depending on your workload, it may be necessary. Not only does it make the job easier, but it is safer to use the right tool for the job.
Hoping this was maybe a misstep and will be able to correct with these instructions. GreenworksTools

Hello LynnS. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Greenworks 1900 PSI Pressure Washer. What you have described is not normal operation, and we understand your frustration.
A few quick tips that may help!
      (1) Make sure the garden hose is fully connected, kink-free, and providing strong water flow. Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45 PSI.
      (2) Plug the unit directly into a grounded outlet (avoid extension cords).

      (3) Reset the GFCI on the power cord if tripped.

      (4) Run water through the system before turning it on to purge any trapped air.
check the nozzle for debris and clean it thoroughly, or try replacing it with a new one. How to clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. All Greenworks tools are backed by a warranty. If you would like us to look into this further, please contact us through Live Chat at www.greenworkstools.com or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). We will be happy to assist you and make sure you get the reliable performance you expected. GreenworksTools

Hello FranDaMa. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, contact us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your pressure washer with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided. I have several other Greenworks products that work with no issue but this thing was a dud. It didnt even last long enough to finish about half of my deck. It was not very powerful at all, which could have been it failing to begin with. Literally last less than 3 hours and will not power on. Disappointed is an understatement.

Hello cypherXR. We are sorry to hear of your experience with this pressure washer. No matter how powerful your pressure washer might be, it's never a good idea to leave your machine running for too long because doing so will increase the risk that it will overheat. A pressure washer's motor can overheat from prolonged usage or even just being in the sun. Ambient atmospheric temperature is a much bigger factor in unit overheating/running hot. Store the unit cold, keep in the shade when possible, during use. This will help maximize runtime before overheating in hot environments. A good guide would be 15-minute break for every 30 minutes of use. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello RonaldS. We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your pressure washer. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help: 1. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: Soak all nozzles in a 50/50 mixture of warm water and white vinegar for about an hour. Then, use a nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip to remove any debris from the nozzle holes. Rinse with warm water your nozzles should now be clear and ready to use. 2. Remove Air from the Line / Bleed the Unit: Set up the unit as usual and avoid using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle from the wand. Ensure the GFCI on the power cord shows a green light. Turn on your garden hose but keep the pressure washer OFF. Squeeze the trigger for about 3 minutes to purge any air from the pump. Afterward, turn the unit on and reinstall a clean nozzle to continue using it. 3. Check Water Supply: Make sure the water source is fully opened and provides at least 45 PSI. There should be at least 10' of unrestricted hose between the faucet and the unit kinks or restrictions can reduce performance. This product includes a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have tried all troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, please contact us via Live Chat at Greenworks Tools or call 1-888-909-6757. Have your pressure washer, model, and serial number ready so our experts can provide a quick resolution. GreenworksTools
