Many appreciate its compact size, lightweight design, and the good value for the price, with some noting its surprisingly quiet operation. However, some customers feel the hose length could be longer, and a few find the surface cleaner inefficient.

Hello Yparmar. Thank you for choosing Greenworks for your lawn care needs. We are concerned to read that you are feeling let down and that the unit has not fully met your expectations. Our 1900 is perfect for light- to medium-duty clean-up of windows, vehicles, grills, patio furniture and decking. The higher the PSI on a product, the more intense and pressurized the water stream becomes and the heavier job you'll be able to tackle. With a higher PSI does come a higher price point but depending on your workload, it may be necessary. Not only does it make the job easier, but it is safer to use the right tool for the job. We hope the above information has been helpful. We have a variety of options for a range of household lawncare needs. If you would like more detail on what units may be best suited for your needs, please contact us through Live Chat direct on our site (www.greenworkstools.com) or by phone at 1-888-909-6757. We’re here to help. GreenworksTools

Hello Kreka - We are sorry to hear this unit is lacking pressure. If your pressure washer has no pressure, start by changing your nozzle to a brand-new tip. I purchased this and used it for cleaning the car, sidewalk, and back of the house shod. That was less than 6 months ago and today I tried to use it and although there was significant water pressure and the lights were on, the pump would not run. Garbage.

Hello WhiteElfElder. If air has gotten trapped in the pump, this may prevent the unit from powering on. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about three minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After three minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
If you continue to experience this issue, please contact Greenworks by Live chat on (www.greenworkstools.com) or call us on 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). GreenworksTools

Hello RonaldS. We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your pressure washer. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help: 1. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: Soak all nozzles in a 50/50 mixture of warm water and white vinegar for about an hour. Then, use a nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip to remove any debris from the nozzle holes. Rinse with warm water your nozzles should now be clear and ready to use. 2. Remove Air from the Line / Bleed the Unit: Set up the unit as usual and avoid using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle from the wand. Ensure the GFCI on the power cord shows a green light. Turn on your garden hose but keep the pressure washer OFF. Squeeze the trigger for about 3 minutes to purge any air from the pump. Afterward, turn the unit on and reinstall a clean nozzle to continue using it. 3. Check Water Supply: Make sure the water source is fully opened and provides at least 45 PSI. There should be at least 10' of unrestricted hose between the faucet and the unit kinks or restrictions can reduce performance. This product includes a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have tried all troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, please contact us via Live Chat at Greenworks Tools or call 1-888-909-6757. Have your pressure washer, model, and serial number ready so our experts can provide a quick resolution. GreenworksTools

Hello Great. We regret learning of the difficulties you encounter with your pressure washer. Please find below a list of troubleshooting suggestions for your consideration. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, contact us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your pressure washer with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided. Compact & Lightweight, Powerful Light-Duty Washer

The Greenworks - 1900 PSI 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer Combo Kit makes for a great entry into having a pressure washer for some basic house chores. It's compact size makes for an easy to use experience. My biggest complaint with my other pressure washer is that it is big and bulky and tough to lug around when all the hoses are connected. This washer helps eliminate a lot of that mess for your light to medium duty chores. It comes with a compact and lightweight main body that delivers 1900 PSI at 1.2 gallons per minute. The whole package weighs about 8 lbs so it's really easy to move around without a bulky frame or upright body like in many other pressure washers. Also included are a 20 ft hose, 25 and 40 degree nozzles, soap and turbo as well. There's a soap foam cannon for cleaning your cars and such, as well as a 11" rotary surface cleaner for doing sidewalks and patios. This pressure washer is ideally suited to cleaning your cars, grills, light duty siding jobs, windows and doors, sidewalks and patios, and even your fences and decks. It's easy to use, easy to move, and comes with just the right attachments for most basic jobs around the house. Highly recommended!!

Hello Psn1244. Thank you for sharing your post. The experience you have described does not reflect the expected performance of our units. Please be assured that Greenworks pressure washers are designed to deliver significantly more power than a standard garden hose. To ensure optimal performance, please make sure you are using one of the nozzles provided with the unit. Using the correct nozzle is essential to achieving full pressure output. We also recommend reviewing the quick start guide or the user manual for proper setup and usage instructions. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing low pressure, our customer support team is happy to help troubleshooting or explore service options. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat with an Expert” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent I Monday - Friday: 9:30AM – 5PM EST or by calling 1-888-909-6757 between 9AM and 7PM EST, M-F.
