This product is good for its price! However, I needed a more powerful leaf blower with greater coverage, so, I decided to return and replace with a stronger item but same brand.

I had high hopes especially getting it from Deal of the Day the Greenworks Axial Blower and reading all the positive reviews on Bestbuy. Unfortunately, mine must've been a lemon or the few that works and then fails. I did check some of the outside reviews and only a few mentioned battery issues, but majority didn't. It was ordered just in time for the fall leaves cleanup to test. No issues reading and understanding the operating manual, charging the lithium battery for the first time and blowing out the garage and driveway for the day. It had decent power with turbo function to get the extra blowout on difficult spots which I liked. Lasted about 30 to 45 minutes not continuous blowing before the battery indicator flashed green and intermittent shut off indicating the battery needs to be recharged. I like the fact of seeing the battery level on the battery so I have an idea how much more I can do before stopping the work. Inserted battery into charger, plugged to wall outlet, this time no lights were flashing green to indicate charging like the first time, pulled out camera to record, then charger/battery started to emit smoke, immediately unplugged charger. The charger was the smoker and no longer works, checked with volt meter and without dismantling the charger, it was assumed the circuits burnt out. The lithium battery was also damaged as the battery indicator no longer lights up showing battery level. It's time to set up a return back to Bestbuy. This was also another issue later and during the pandemic. It took almost two weeks to be returned by UPS return pickup and get a refund, however to my surprise I was charged a re-stocking fee of $15 even marking off return reason of "Defective product" return. Chatted with three separate and talked to two customer service representative over the past two months trying to get someone to finally resolve and refund me the $15 re-stocking fee, which by the way should not as per Bestbuy return policy. Still waiting for refund since October 1st 2020 return date.

Light weight. Easy to use. Powerful. Long battery charge

This blower is a work horse. It is well made and operates with ease. I like the max power it provides to blow the leaves in the neighbors yard (just kidding). It really provides a strong force and clears my walkways and driveway with ease. Highly recommend! suggestion: Buy the lawn mower and share the batteries.

This product is a solid "good" blower. I wanted one that was cordless, and this has the easy to charge and easy to install battery. The power isn't overwhelming, but for the price and weight of the unit, it does the job for me. I blew out my garage and cleaned off my deck. The battery held the charge while I did both, and it wasn't overly loud. I would recommend for typical "around the house" cleaning.

This is my fourth garden tool using the same 24V type rechargeable batteries, very pleased with weight, design and power, including the extra booster when needed. Nice purchase!

Battery life and power are alright. We have a smaller yard (we are in a community where all the houses are on top of each other) and it barely lasted through 25 minutes of clean up. It’s not super powerful, but that’s to be expected with a battery powered leaf blower. It gets the job done in increments which is not big deal when you are getting the backyard and front yard mowed the same day. It’s a good blower to begin with when you don’t have a huge yard and need something affordable.

Easy to carry and operate. Very light and worth the money. Everyone who mows hours own lawn should own this.

Powerful and lightweight at the same time. Very nice machine. I would recommend this to my friends, as a matter of fact ... I did!

It does the job, not heavy, very easy to work with and what I love the most I don’t have to use any gas or electric cord.

We have the worst leaf problem where we live, especially during the fall! Our tree dumps two type of leaves, which trail into our house. Having this blower allows us to collect and clear paths around the house. Does as expected. Only negative is short battery life (about 10-15 min). Would’ve been ideal to have a second battery for backup!

So far, this blower is great! It has surprisingly great power and the battery seems to last quite some time. I have yet to run the battery dead while doing yard work.

Totally awesome! I have gone green with almost all my outdoor equipment! Battery lasts a log time. Powerful as well. Highly recommend.

Good purchase love the cordless and powerful and good quality

My raking days are over! Living in a condo neighborhood, the only place where leaves gather is in our garage. Now I flip a switch and get at them. Even my neighbors get a clean out! Sidewalks get dirty from gardening and now they too are clean in a jiffy. Leaves me time for other things.

Great blower! The 4.0 Ah battery is a must as it's never run out on me yet. I really like the locking trigger and single button power boost. One of my initial concern out of the box was the weight imbalance, however once the battery was attached it was perfectly balanced (which made the imbalance without the battery completely make sense). Overall I'd highly recommend, especially if you own other Greenworks products as the batteries work across the entire line.
