The 80V 2.0Ah does not have enough power to blow the snow. I have to stop to unclog the chute several times, which is annoying. If there is a lot of snow, the battery lasts 10 minutes.

Hello RuthR. Thank you for sharing your experience. The 80V 2.0Ah battery provides enough power for light snow and smaller areas, but for heavier or deeper snow, it may not deliver enough runtime or clearing power before needing a recharge. Stopping to clear the chute can happen if the snow is wet, dense, or piled high.
For larger snow falls or longer clearing sessions, we recommend using a higher capacity 80V battery (such as 4.0Ah or 5.0Ah) to extend runtime and improve performance. This can help reduce interruptions and make snow removal faster and easier. We hope you will find this information useful. Hello Elephantshoes. We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the run time of this 80v 2Ah battery. The run time varies depending on the tool that it is being used in but also the load acting against the unit while in use. Please know that batteries in the same voltage platform will ultimately perform the same but the run time will vary. The higher the ampere-hour (Ah) rating is, the more run time the battery has to offer. We would be happy to investigate to see whether your run time would be considered average; start a Live chat on Greenworks Tools page (www.greenworkstools.com) or contact Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934 so, our product experts can discuss your experience. Hello SERGIO. Thank you for sharing your feedback. The 80v - 2Ah battery charges to full capacity in 60 minutes. The run time varies depending on the tool that it is being used in but also the load acting against the unit while in use. This rating relates to how much run time the battery can offer. The higher the Ah rating is, the greater the run time. Greenworks 80v platform is available in the following voltages, 2ah, 2.5ah, 4ah, 5ah, 8ah. Hello BelindaW. Thank you for your review. The battery is not shipped fully charged, so we recommend charging it fully before first use. Our lithium-ion batteries can be charged at any time. A solid green LED indicates the battery is fully charged, a blinking green light means it is charging, a solid red light indicates a temperature issue, and a blinking red light signals a charging fault. Please ensure the battery clicks fully into place.

Hello Bmacneil. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review! Runtimes can vary depending on a few factors, including but not limited to grass texture and consistency, cutting height, and lawn size. For added runtime, we recommend purchasing an additional pair of high-capacity batteries, such as the 4.0Ah, 6.0Ah, or 8.0Ah batteries. A 2.0Ah batteries yield a shorter run time of about 10-15 minutes in a mower. We hope this information helpful. Hello Great. We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the run time of this battery. The run time varies depending on the tool that it is being used in but also the load acting against the unit while in use. When using the 2Ah battery with your 80V blower on a higher speed a 10 minute runtime would be consider accurate. The speed settings on a cordless power blower determine the airflow volume and velocity produced by the blower. These settings allow users to adjust the power to suit different tasks. Generally, lower speeds are best for light-duty tasks like blowing leaves off flower beds or clearing dust from a garage. Using lower settings also helps preserve battery power. Higher speed settings are for heavier tasks like blowing wet leaves, clearing debris, or quickly sweeping larger areas. Some models have turbo boost modes, which offer maximum power only while you’re pulling a trigger (this is helpful for stuck-on debris, like a few wet leaves at the bottom of a pile of dry leaves). To extend your run time, try using the blower setting on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement, as blowers are considered a high-power draw application which means they do tend to drain the battery quite rapidly in comparison to some other tools. Alternatively additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with Greenworks 80V batteries; please keep in mind, the higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be. We hope this information helpful. Hello Buyit. We are sorry your battery is not holding a charge! Even a free battery should give you reliable power. Before we jump to a replacement, here are a few things you can try:
      (1) Fully discharge and recharge the battery once more to ensure it’s not a temporary charge issue.

      (2) Check the battery contacts for any dirt, debris, or corrosion and clean them if necessary.

      (3) Try a different compatible charger if available, to rule out a charging issue.
We have included a video showing how to charge and maintain the 80V battery. You can watch the video here (https://youtu.be/g8Xz43deavo?t=433).
If the battery still does not hold a charge after trying these steps, please reach out to our customer support team so we can troubleshoot further. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat with an Expert” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent I Monday - Friday: 9:30AM – 5PM EST or by calling 1-888-909-6757 between 9AM and 7PM EST, M-F. Saturday: 9AM to 5PM EST. Sunday: 9AM to 5PM EST. So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your unit, battery and charger with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided. *Hours are subject to change. Hello RonS. Sorry to hear of the problem you are experiencing with the Snowblower. We recommend shutting the unit down and removing the battery to reconfirm that the battery is fully charged but also reinstall the fully charged battery to see if this problem resolves. Check the condition of the snowblower and see if possibly something might be lodged in the snowblower like a rock or a pebble that might be preventing it from turning. If this does not fix the issue, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 or via Live chat on Greenworks Tools page (www.greenworkstools.com) so, our experts can discuss your experience!
