This thing cuts really well. I was surprised how powerful it was. I also have the 80v tiller machine, greenworks makes good products, two batteries is a good idea. I can trim most of my long hedges on one charge but 2 is ideal for convenience.

Great deal on a great trimmer...a bit concerned about weight

Love my new Greenworks 80v trimmer! I have a lot of different ornamental grasses that need to be cut down every year in early spring. This cut right through the thick parts which made my job much easier than it has been in prior years. The battery lasted through the whole process also!

I genuinely was afraid to tell my fiancé I bought a battery powered tool. He is very skeptical of them. This one though. Wow. First off it came with an extra battery which made life even easier. Even though I haven’t actually needed to use it because I am able to trim all 9 bushes in my yard with it without it going dead. And some of them were in desperate need of trimming. It works insanely well. Even on larger branches. I’m so happy with this purchase.

Greenworks products are generally excellent, I love the battery / tool ecosystem. This tool was a game changer for me coming from a wired trimmer.

Powerful, easy to handle and use, and powerful enough to handle the toughest jobs with ease. At first I thought it was too big for what I needed, but it’s nice to have the power this product possesses in case you have a tougher job than you saw coming! Great purchase!

Positives: a lot of power to do the job, a long lasting battery and a fast charger included. Negatives: haevy.

Greenworks have good products but among the worst customer service I have experienced. Called in for solutions and was just given the run around. Tried to ask a second question and was told can only ask one and call back. Already waited in Queue once. Have lots of their products so hard to switch. Also register my products but their site shows none!

I have had occasion to use it and it works well. It is quiet, smooth cutting action and reasonably well balanced. It appears to be well made,

Cuts much better tham my ryobi gas trimmer. Battery last bout 2hrs. And it has a fast charge of less than an hr. Cut through 1 inch evergreen bushes with ease. Highly recomend.

Very good instrument for cutting thicker vines, bushes. I have an arbor and had to get over it to effectively cut. This was impressive in the manner it cut thick rose branches and honeysuckle. I am a petite person, so it was a tad heavy. However, it was better than using one with a cord (for what I had to achieve) . I would definitely recommend it for it's capacity to do a great job fast

For the price you cant go wrong. You are getting a free tool with the price of the battery. The tool works well and frees up having an extension cord.

Excellent tool at a good price. All of my outdoor tools are Greenworks including mower , chainsaws etc..

I already had the Greenworks mower, trimmer, and blower combo that I bought earlier in the year so I decided to add this hedge trimmer since it's on the same platform of 80V tools. It has worked seamlessly for the few times I've used it so far. It's a little heavy with the battery installed so you may need to take occasional breaks if using for a long period of time but I'm happy with my purchase.

Its a bit heavy but cuts like butter! Will hopefully get a lot of uses out of it, battery lasts long enough to get through my yard.

Good tool and better than a corded equivalent. I use it for 3 bushed I have and it makes the Jobe a breeze. Little heavier but manageable vs a corded
