Posted .Hello Fuddy. Thank you for sharing your experience. The difference between the amp hour (Ah) is runtime. The higher the Ah (amp hour) the more runtime a battery will provide. Essentially the difference between the 4ah and 2ah batteries is weight, run time and charge time. While the 2ah battery would be lighter weight for handheld Tools it does provide half the run time of the 4ah.

It came with the snow thrower I bought to clear the snow here in Iowa. Thank goodness it hasn’t snowed much so far. I think it will work very well when it does.
