Pretty great set, just buy an extra 4ah battery

Mower cuts nice and moves well, and is fast. The blower is powerful. Only gripe is the battery life. That 4ah battery only allows me to cut one side of my front yard before crapping out. The 2ah craps out in almost half the time. So I gotta buy another 4Ah battery, and they're EXPENSIVE. Other than that the tools are solid. Just reduce the price for these batteries, sheesh.

Full kits including a tool, battery, and charger are priced affordably so that consumers can begin building that line of tools and move forward purchasing tool-only units. Having 2 batteries is a need for my big lawn even if the second battery is just for the weed eater and leaf blower it makes using these much simpler. Only negative is the wire that came installed on the weed eater is a bit weak and cannot take down big weeds.

The mower cuts extremely well and I appreciate the bagging feature. Self propelled usage significantly reduces the battery, but that's fine for my flat lawn. Trimmer works great (little on the heavy side), and blower is powerful. Highly recommend.

Poor Customer Service

The reason I'm giving a 1 star is less the product and more the customer service. They just don't make things simple and you're on hold for at the very least 30 minutes with no call back option or any other efficient customer service tool. I was on hold for 30 minutes and then 1 hour the two times I called them. It just gets a little frustrating.

I was concerned with how much power these tools actually had but they did great! I love the fact i no longer need to worry about gas! If i had one complaint is that this bundle only came with 1 battery. I ended up purchasing another battery so we could use more than 1 piece of equipment simultaneously. I wish I would have purcahsed this equipment sooner!
