    I like that I got a bundle for a great price, but I hate how fast the battery dies. Couldn't even finish my front yard with two batteries charged twice. I am highly disappointed

Runtimes can vary depending on a few factors, including but not limited to if the self-propel feature is used throughout the entire cut, grass texture and consistency, cutting height, and lawn size. The actual run-time will vary depending on grass condition, species, density, moisture, etc. and lawn size. For added runtime, we recommend purchasing an additional 80V battery or only using the self-propelled feature when needed. When using the self-propelled feature, it does make it easier to push and require less physical effort from the user, however self-propelled mowers do use more battery than standard push mowers as more power is being demanded from the battery to run the blades and the wheels. There is nothing stopping you from pushing a self-propelled lawn mower but be aware that due to the drive system and the fact they are designed to drive themselves forward they will require more force than a push mower. Yes, the lawn mower can be operated without the self-propelled feature. Simply, do not engage the lever associated with the propelling feature and the unit will not propel forward.     Literal trash. Battery lasted 15 minutes! If the grass is over 2 inches it constantly gets clogged and stops. The 80v battery capacity is a joke. The mower is cheap like a kids toy. Don’t waste your money on this trash.

    Disappointed with the Greenworks 80V mower. The 4Ah battery can’t handle my 4000 sq ft lawn—requires recharging three times to finish the job. Very frustrating and time-consuming. Not ideal for medium to large yards. Definitely expected better performance from such a high-voltage product. Wouldn’t recommend for serious mowing.

      Hello DhrubaNepal. We are sorry the running time has not met your needs. A 4Ah battery might be adequate for a 4000 sq ft lawn but depends on the lawn's conditions. A 4Ah battery is often sufficient for lawns under 4000 sq ft, however factors like grass density, dense, tall grass will require more power, reducing battery life. A flat, well-maintained lawn will be easier to mow and last longer. Terrain, hilly or uneven terrain can also impact battery life, requiring more effort from the mower and draining the battery faster. If the grass has been left to exceed 4 inches, we advise that you raise the cutting height and cut no more than one-third of the length of grass at a time, wait a couple of days and do another one-third, cut when grass is dry and walk at steady pace to allow the blade to work more efficiently. As the lawn becomes consistently maintained you will see the cut and runtime improve. Hope these tips help!     I’m saving anyone the trouble of wasting your money. This was very expensive for what they give you. Hoping for a premium product and the lawn mower is so cheap. It constantly gets stuck if you’re cutting mid/high grass. Battery is so bad you only get a half yard work of work (20 mins) then have to charge for a hour to do another 20 mins of work. Not to mention they lied about dual battery. It only comes with 1. The weed wacker is ok. Def could be better for the price. But the lawn mower, blower, and battery are extremely disappointing. If I could return this I would.

The battery is interchangeable between all the tools. If more batteries were included, it would drive the cost up more on the kit. The mower cuts up to one-half acre or up to 45 minutes with a fully charged 4Ah battery, please note, run-times varies based on grass conditions and operator’s technique. The blower provides a run time of up to 45 minutes on high and up to 20 minutes on low with a fully charged 4Ah battery. Blowers are a high-power draw application and they do deplete the battery quicker than other tools. This is not unexpected; it is simply an indication of just how much power is required to create that kind of speed at a high volume.     Weeder 7 months in not working

    7 months in and weeder just died. I have used a Hand full of times and my yard is very small to top it off. Called Best Buy customer service and they could not help. Did not get a protection plan so they sent me to the manufacturer. We will see how that goes..Disappointing

There may be no electrical contact between the machine and the battery pack. 1. Remove battery pack. 2. Check contact and install the battery pack again. The battery pack is depleted.     Worst Best Buy support

    Battery died in third use. Mower or blower would turn on for a second and then turn off. Battery charge still shows 2 out of 4 dots. Tried charging again and charger shows red blinking light. Based on the manual red blinking light means a defective battery. Best Buy support wants me to take the whole bundle (mower, blower, trimmer) to the store to troubleshoot. They cannot send a technician or pick up the items even though I’m a geek squad member. Not happy with the battery and disappointment with Best Buy support.

    When i purchased this item is said it came with an included battery. When i received the combo they cancelled the battery and told me “Well you didn’t pay for the battery so its not a big deal”

    Regret buying this. I have owned it for a year and a half. I now have two bad 4 Amp batteries and I am not buying another. I have one 4 Amp and a 2 amp I bought earlier this year I am hoping get me through this year. I am going back to gas powered. Having to spend as much on batteries to replace them as it cost for a whole gas mower every year is not ideal. Worst purchase and biggest waste of money ever.

    Dead on arrival, brand new and the dang blower doesn’t work. Lawnmower and weed eater are pretty solid and battery last long enoughuntilbthe job is done.

    The 80v battery life on this mower combo is absolutely horrendous. I have a .17 acre lot and I get two rows around the backyard and this thing dies. After 4 charges I’m still not done cutting my backyard lol I definitely do not recommend buying this product.
